The overall experience with Ductworks was good. The technician was very prompt and walked me through the process when he arrived. He worked clean and respected the house. He showed me pictures of before and after results. The only disappointment was they did not seal the access panels they cut in supply and return lines with HVAC tape. I had to seal after the fact. They also left the sheet metal cut offs on the floor of the basement.
