I contacted Ductworks after hearing an endorsement...

I contacted Ductworks after hearing an endorsement and thinking maybe that will help with my allergies. I haven't had allergy issues since I was young but ever since I bought my new house I was having trouble and it had gotten really bad! I will warn you they are in such high demand I had to wait many weeks for an appointment (especially since it was in the fall their busiest time of the year I think). They came and to my relief they actually bring the equipment inside so no need to leave the door open. It happened to be a frigid cold day. They cleaned everything and showed me pictures of how much better everything was. What happened after is the really amazing part! The cleaning seemed to upset the motor in my furnace. It smelled and wasn't blowing very well. I called and Jason came over within a few hours. He took apart everything and cleaned it more than they even normally would and got it running again. Later it was giving me issues again so I called Jason back. He didn't hesitate and called Elk Horn and had a furnace specialist come and replace the motor for me at absolutely no charge! He was my hero! He didn't hesitate to fix the issue even though it is possible it had nothing to do with the cleaning. He reassured me from the very beginning he would take care of me. Being a single mom with a new house money is tight so a problem with my furnace during a particularly cold week, AND the same week as Christmas I was so relieved to have someone helping me in such an extraordinary manner! Thank you Jason and Ductworks! Companies like you are so important to our community.
