came from out of state to build a home. should have known it wasn't going to be a good experience when we went to pick out all the details for the new home and we were told to hurry up because the guy working with us was late for a birthday party! We were told that they only clear out the land that was on our property. Well they only cleared HALF our property and told us "if you want the rest of our property cleared, you will have to do it yourselves" ! They left 4 gigantic boulders on my property but everyone else property, the boulders were pushed to the end of their property and left 7 sky high trees. I have been getting estimates and it' going to cost upwards to $7000 - $10,000 to clear out what they left!!!! I just paid them hundreds of thousands of dollars and i have to pay thousands more to fix it. I also have a green stain on my granite counter tops that has never been fixed! They put a ceiling fan in the wrong location, they put the chandelier in the wrong location. I had to hire an electrician to come out and fix that cause it is almost impossible to get them to come back out and fix anything! If i wanted to put thousands of dollars into a house, i would've bought an existing home! Never again!

Cimmaron homes is the most amazing home builder I have ever worked with!! They will be the one and only builder I build a home with because they built my forever home. Walking into the finished product absolutely made me so emotional. They ve been patient, kind and worked with me to get the finishes I wanted. Not to mention constant communication between Adam and Laci ! If you need a quality home... a dream home... Cimmaron is for you!
