I like it here. Especially at night time!

Amazing night view
The Restaurant is located in the 40th flloor (230 m above ground) and serves a really good and tasty quality. The personnel was caring & friendly and even open to help getting a better table at the window side.
Excellent food and a view that's to die for! This place is a must-see, must-eat when in London.
Tasty and aesthetically pleasing food. Great views, friendly staff.
If u want 2 eat duck and waffle, u should go it. This restaurant looks like posh. Besides, this place has excellent view. You can see London. Thank you.
Amazingly.original flavours yet healthy choices available. For the autumn menu the celeriac Carbonara and glazed sprouts are a must. Might be long waiting time and confusion in the bar area but the restaurant staff and organisation are amazing. Ps: pig ears are better than fries!!!
Starter pig ears was terrible, really bad crackling and I love cracking, main ox tail dognut was poor Boyfriend enjoyed the duck and waffle but agreed better made at home. Really not what we expected don t advise anyone. However customer service was ok seen the same in the harvester though bill was 240 expect more
Yes the place is great, my issue is the unfriendly staff, I am not invited to dine free of charge. Don't accept an attitude from any member of staff in any food and beverage industry.
One of my favourite restaurants in London! The views, ambiance, food and friendly waitstaff are truly unforgettable. You'll need to book your dinner reservation in advance (we had to wait a month) due to the restaurant's popularity. However, Duck & Waffle is open 24/7 (with a separate and smaller late-night menu), and it's more likely you'll be seated immediately if you come quite late. This is great news for those of you looking for a more upscale alternative to the staple 3am kebab! I recommend coming in a large group so that you can sample many of the outstanding offerings (and share the cost burden). I'm partial to the beautifully presented and incredibly tasty raw seafood plates such as the Scottish Scallops, Scottish Halibut, and Yellowfin Tuna. The unique Roasted Essex Beetroot dish with goat curd and honeycomb was also full of flavour and I highly recommend you give it a go. Enjoy!
The service at this place is questionable, sometimes even feel racist.
The only positive side of this restaurant is the view.
Lovely place with lovely view. Steak was probably my favourite dish. The place was however quite hot because of the bright sun
Terrible experience. I had made a reservation several months ago and traveled from Shanghai to London with a high expectation for your restaurant. We have 4 people, and when we arrived at the reception, we were told that we were not allowed to enter because one of us was wearing sport shoes even though the rest of us are dressed appropriately. However, we did find that the doorman allowed some local people who were also wearing sports shoes to enter. THIS IS A HUGE PREJUDICE!
Great view over London! The bar is on the 40th floor, but you can not look at the Thames so in the south but you look to the north, so on houses. Nevertheless imposing view! Drinks are very expensive here. Cocktails cost 14 pounds, but are also very exclusive.
Pre wedding celebration breakfast... Thankyou for the surprise cakes!
I went really biased because my daughter made a reservation and said that if they don't go, they charge a fee. The 40th floor is a large lobby and a lot of people waiting ... What relevance Duck and Wafle. I said it's a media bubble. A polite lady took us and sat us on our table. The environment is nice, the staff is friendly. We ordered, the intermediate heat, the main course and the dessert are awesome. Prices are as they should be. He deserved 5 stars.
A great time spent at the duck and waffle. We were very well received.
Great food! The food was perfect with a breathtaking view !!
We would like to thank our waiter and room manager; Nasser for his dedication to us at table and his immeasurable kindness. Thank you
Never disappointed with this place ..
Wasn't impressed with the seasomal menu although executed to perfection more of a picture and experience than restaurant
Been there a few times. Still think that the duck is very bad. That's too good. Rabbits are made like chicken, without highlighting the flavor of the rabbit itself, and relying on the sauce position. Seriously, the food in this restaurant is so-so except for a little surprise.
Good views and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Drinks are a bit expensive.
This is the tallest restaurant in London. I first heard about Duck & Waffle from one of the travel blogs and I promptly checked it out. Open 24/7 so you can admire a panoramic view of London any time of the day while enjoying cocktails and awesome food, the place is unsurprisingly packed. When I arrive at the building lobby early afternoon for dinner, there was already a line forming. It s best that you make a reservation way in advance online on their website. While you re hear, you would have to try their name sake dish: the Duck & Waffle.
Duck & Waffle definitely have amazing views. Located on the 40th floor of 110 Bishopgate in the City of London, I ran into a very well-dressed patrons and a good looking crowd. Too bad I didn t had a chance to stay longer, otherwise I m curious what s the experience going to be like to have breakfast over sunrise at 5am in the morning. One note of caution though: the dining concept is based on a idea of table sharing. Which means the portions are incredibly huge. Surprisingly for such a view, on top of a beautiful tower with an absolutely amazing view, the prices are quite reasonable taking into account the portions and quality.
I love this place.
Amazing combination - duck and waffle. Great service and wonderful views. Make sure you try the fried pig ears at the bar whilst waiting, it s yummy. A fantastic place to come and celebrate important dates.
Really exceptional venue! The view is magnificent, located on the 40th floor!
The dishes on the menu are particular with some very interesting combinations.
It deserves to be tried absolutely, high but average prices and justified for the type of place it is
Decently priced for the view and quality of food. But is a good place to take tourists
Very spacious venue with modern furnishings. The food is not bad with some great salad options
Awesome views over London, the drinks there are seriously good and the staff can adapt them to be exactly how you like.
Great view, attentive and polite service.
Great, and surprising flavour combinations. Beware, the duck and waffle is more filling than it looks. Yellow fish tuna with mustard, chilli, and watermelon, paired with a Sauvignon was brilliant
Very nice responsibly sourced menu which is very important to us. Not overly pushy staff but maybe slightly overwhelmed when busy. Open kitchen which is always interesting. Good selection of interesting small plates and other sharing style dishes. Dishes we tried were all very nice (BBQ pigs ears were especially good) and nicely sized. Unfortunately desert was a little hit and miss for me personally but the choux bun was very nice. The views are fantastic but the staff seem very much over them! Interesting modern interior too with comfortable booths and tables. The front door is a little hard to find but once you get the in, the glass lift to the 40th floor is rather enjoyable!
We ordered duck and waffle as well as the waffle dessert. Food was really good. Our waiter was hilariously funny. One of the managers was having a bad day and decided to take it out on some of the patrons, which was strange. Overall fun experience!
Good restaurant with views across London. Interesting menu and drinks options
My family and I decided to go to have breakfast at the beginning of October. We were in four and had four different dishes. The food was amazing, everyone enjoyed it!! In addition, you have a great view of London which makes everything even more special. The place was full, however, the service was impeccable and fast too.
A great start of the day! I totally recommend it!
Lovely views and atmosphere, quirky food, some of the staff could have been a tad more amicable.
Great view from the 40th floor. Poor service, and food is distinctively average (brunch menu)
Really dissapointed in my experience at the Duck & Waffle. When we first arrived at the door man, my partner was frisked and treated with total disrespect. No one else was pat down and they were rude when questioned about this and your policies. This completely put us off our dining experience which wasn't of high standard. Won't be returning.
I think that is the best view of sunset in London.
For the food, duck and waffle is better than my expectation, juicy and soft. But the waiter/waitress are little bit rude and impatient. And you should know the price of this restaurant is quite expansive. After all, I will say this is a must-go place in London.
It the kind of place that has to be done in the middle of the night with your partner. Just the lift ride in itself is worth it. I think there is something special about watching the sun rise within one of the highest restaurant in UK. The crowd is definitely the post club crowd but the food is interesting and not too overpriced. It's a nice late night or early morning treat.
Fantastic food, excellent service and great views. Expensive but ultimately you get what you pay for.
Not worth to go. Only the crispy leg is good. You have no loss of not eating the waffle.
Also, it is very difficult to see the view outside if you are not sitting beside the windows. Staff is impolite, he just want us to leave as soon as possible.
The bar is incredibly loud, and they make you order a full meal to get a seat in the restaurant to escape it. The meals are expensive and sound overly exotic, I didn't even bother, and after an underwhelming yet overpriced drink in a disappointing atmosphere I walked home.
Very small portion food. The duck was very dry and didn't have a lot of meat, which was really disappointing considering it is in the name of the restaurant. Wouldn't ignore the fact that it's a nice venue with a great view though. Which is probably what the restaurant is really famous for.
This place is super cool. Make sure you keep in mind the dress code, which doesn't allow shorts. Although food was overpriced, I didn't think it was that outrageous given the incredible vibe of the place, as well as the views. Even the elevator ride is cool! Make sure you walk up and down to all the different levels. The bacon wrapped dates were awesome and really big!!
the duck and waffle was a surprisingly good combo as they are not often paired together. Duck was crispy and juicy. Wonderful place to dine in as you admire the sick views of London from high up above. Have to book a couple of weeks to months in advance in order to get reservation at a good timing!
The title dish is just duck confit (the same quality as any French restaurant) and a waffle from a waffle maker. Not worth the ridiculous price.
View is nice though.
The food is OK, but the service is overbearing and yet somehow also quite poor quality. The very loud funky house muic playing in both the bar and restaurant give what could be a very nice place, a distinctly trashy vibe and makes it difficult to talk. Add in the chincy interior decoration and I would not recommend the place.
It's a shame really because the views are stunning and it had the potential to be a really nice place...
My all time favourite place for different occasions.
Amazing views, amazing food, friendly and professional staff.
Can't wait for the lockdown to end and be back again at the duck&waffle.
We like the duck and waffle here, it was very crispy and delicious, took out 1 star only because we requested the seat by the window a month ahead but we still sat in the center of the restaurant which was a bummer since it was the view from the 40th floor attracted us to this restaurant in the first place, also the service was just okay, not excellent. Staffs seem too busy to pay attention to you, when you want to order food.
Complete waste of time, tried to book a table via email to be ignored.
Ambience was great. Duck & Waffle was yummy. Felt a little rehearsed though. Ordered the polenta balls which were deep fried. They were still ice cold in the middle. Got brought a new portion and those were still cold in the middle. Otherwise the other two meals were good!
Way too much food for the tasting brunch, big serves, left alot behind. Food was fancy, and mostly nice but wasn't blowing anyones mind for the price. Nice view.
Heard a lot about this place. Whilst the views and service were amazing the food left a lot to be desired. The duck and waffles were greasy and I ve had better confit duck. The other dishes were better, Colombian Breakfast and Banana waffles. Pastries were overpriced, coffee was average. The cocktails were amazing as were the bar staff. Will definitely head back for the bar but not for the food.
Duck and waffle was good! And the view was nice too... there's also a bar outside for you to wait and chill
The view is incredible, the waiters are kind, gentle, but the portions are very small. Very!
If you like Happy Hour and a proper pint this is not for you.. you get a 330ml glass for 4 squid. Good ambient place, not for me bruv!
Amazing venue, stunning views. Food was a little hit and miss but that's somewhat expected with experimental food combinations. Good cocktails.
In case you missed it, the theme is sweet and savory, and they are killing it. Definitely among my favorite dining experiences in London.
Sorry but I was not impressed at all. Best thing was the view but will not be going back.
Very disappointed, great views but food was very average.
decent prices for this great location, very good food with an astonishing view
Pricey, but let's face most people go to Duck and Waffle as it is a must thing to do in London, but the place does not disappoint food was well made and presented. The view you get is amazing, make sure you get a table next to the window.
Don't bother going without a reservation. I showed up at around 9:50 on a Sunday, only to be told I could only sit at the bar. Day drinking before 10a seems a bit much.
Liked the view. Tried several times to eat there but was always booked. Reservations required in advance
Fantastic views espeicially if you have a clear day ! good attentive service.
How very very disappointing!!!!!
I am sitting here at this beautiful location on the 40th floor.
I have been looking forward to dinning here....unfortunately this big establishment could not cater for our vegetarian diet ( no fish or eggs but not vegan).
When i choose this venue i was impressed with it because on the la carte menu they had a better selection of meat free dishes. As we got here today we were told it was only the set lunchtime menu we can choose from. I was very annoyed with the lack of choice for us. The manager was called and he was not able to do anything either!!!!
At this point i was a little emotional and was ready to walk out! I decided to stay and we had fresh bread and polenta, the bread was lovely fresh and nice flavours (rosemary and thyme).
Would never ever choose this again unless there are more choices for vegetarians.
The venue itself ia lovley but that is about it.
The service was fair. Our stay was only for 30mins due to no the other choice for food.
Love this place. Always take overseas visitors here to see the best view of London. Food is flawless and wonderfully eclectic, modern British (i.e. from influences all over the world) with sharing dishes, breads and assorted small plates. A great, thoroughly London experience....
Wouldn't recommend the steak here. No flavor . I can cook a better steak at the 1/3 of the cost.
