Not the place for experienced guys . They will conduct all interview rounds and if u tell your expected CTC for sure u will not get call from HR .

HR Elanchezian doesn't behave professionally .If we call , he doesn't picks call and no reply to our mail.

Not treating the professionals in an professional way . Poor experience with Ducen .They are pleased with Freshers and low package .
