We bought round trip smart shuttle bus from Santa Barbara to and from LAX. Both rides were horrific. The one driver to the airport was very nice, but her vehicle was so uncomfortable lacking any sort of cushion in very stiff plastic seats. While using well paved freeways, the vehicle felt like we were driving on unpaved roads wth large rocks and deep potholes. No shock absorbers at all! Eww were thrown up and slammed dowsduring the whole journey,

We did not think we could ever experience anything like that trip. But we were wrong.

The driver of the return from LAX to SantaBarbara was much worst! The driver acted and looked like a wino, sober or not. He dropped handfulls of nicotine lozenges His mouth every 10 tminutes. Within a short time, we started coughing , had sore throats and were very nauseous . Such lozenges should be forbidden for drivers. He did not even follow smoking aid lozenge directions of using 1 lozenge every two hours. He consumed 15 to 20 lozenges every ten minutes. It was like being in a jail cell with 20 ot heavy smokers and no ventilation. We were nauseated for days after. This is simply unacceptable and fraudulent , with no care for customers who had to experience two horrific Rides.

Thank you to the staff who made it possible for me to take an earlier shuttle (you saved me a three hour wait at MCO after a long journey!). Easy transfer to Vero Beach & great value.

I have used Smart Shuttle for years and have always been satisfied. My last trip however, I was sitting on the shuttle van for a half an hour past shuttle pick up time waiting for another passenger. I have no problem waiting for 10-15 minutes to accommodate late flights, etc...but 30 minutes past is not fair to passengers waiting.

I highly recommend the Smart Shuttle of the Treasure Coast. Every time I fly into Orlando Airport to visit my mother in Vero Beach I book the Smart Shuttle. For the past 2 years that I ve used them, they are always on time, their drivers are professional and courteous, and their driving is safe. With the Smart Shuttle I just check in with the driver, take a seat, and sit back and relax while they do the driving. Smart Shuttle of the Treasure Coast is much more affordable than renting a car from the airport to Vero Beach or taking an Uber or Lyft.
You may have to wait an hour or two since the Smart Shuttle has specific times each day it departs from Orlando Airport (MCO) to several locations on the Treasure Coast. If you like to save money on transportation, it s well worth it. The Shuttle bus schedule and bus fares are stated on their website. You can get a discount of 10% if you purchase a round trip ticket. In addition, you can also get 10% off if you book online at least 15 days prior to your departure date.
I will definitely book with them again.
