I am a licenced paralegal and a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario. I recently ordered my Notary Public seal from Dominion Rubber Stamps & Engraving. My selection was based on online reviews, available products and the price. I received my requested seal earlier today, a day sooner than the promised date. I am very satisfied by the quality of the product and more than anything, the excellent customer service. I opted to approve the design for a nominal cost of $1.50 - received an email a day after I placed the order with the draft of design, I made few changes to it, the new design with the requested changes was sent to me the same day and upon my approval, I received a phone text notification that the order is being processed with expected delivery on October 3, 2020. I received updates at the each stage of my order, from completion to shipping including Canada Post Tracking. I will definitely use this fine establishment for my future needs and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. I like to congratulate the management and the staff for doing a fine job and wish them success.

What an amazing service, I really appreciate their patience with my new seal order. They are very courteous. We have exchanged a lot of e-mails to make the seal perfect. Dominion has always been friendly, informative and responsive. I tried local products from Toronto and was not satisfied with the quality. I have no problem paying the extra shipping fees because I know I'm going to get a reliable product. They also warn you if your design is problematic, which has saved me a lot of headaches. DON'T GO OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY , WORST COMPANY EVER . Very bad customer service , i visited their website 3 weeks ago (today is 24/feb/2017) a i sent him an order for name tag , they didnt reply me bach then i sent. Another order 1 week later he replied that he doesnt have the design , so i told him to do what ever the design , and send it back to me to choose one inorder to make it ready . But unfortunately till today i didn't hear from him back , so I decided to phone them . A man answered the phone. , i told him my name and that i sent the name tag a long time ago, please let me know if you are not able to do it in order to go somewhere else, this man was very very very Rude. He told me ", you are a crazy man , I am so happy to go and do it in another place ". I didn't reply him and i hang up .
Item was backordered for a couple of days so they sent it by Xpresspost for free. Quality and service were excellent. Very reliable company, would order from them again.

Ordered 4 stamps and received them 4 days after my submitting my order (including the weekend). A stamp pad was missing from my order and when I let them know I received a response within 10 minutes offering to reimburse me or send it out immediately. I asked them to send it out and I received the notification that it was sent out an hour later. Great customer service!

Great company, great customer service, and great prices. Bob kept me up to date on the progress of my order and it arrived promptly in the mail, which was my choice of delivery. The logo that I sent to them was of poor quality. I asked what I could do to provide them with a better sample but by then, Bob had located another one and is sending me a replacement at no charge. You can't ask for more than that!
