What an amazing service, I really appreciate their patience with my new seal order. They are very courteous. We have exchanged a lot of e-mails to make the seal perfect. Bob was very helpful with the design of the seal. Suggested multiple solutions to make the seal perfect. The communication was perfect, I was even getting e-mails after the shop was closed. Very caring and personable service, you just don't see this quality of service anymore. You don't deal only with an online order form, it was very nice that the human factor is involved. I will always order Stamps, Seals etc from them in the future. Thank you so much for all your help.
