I am amazed that a company sells a device and does not give instructions on how to install the device. The advisor only said on the phone that they had nothing to do with it. I should call the company that made the device.
I am very disappointed with the customer service.
I will definitely buy my other laboratory equipment from another company.

The CAD area is the absolute horror. You don't get the goods directly from the company, but from other laboratories where they were incorrectly shipped. So the delivery time is usually 14 days for small bridges :-) And bye

I bought some laboratory products for a sum of more or less than 350 euros, I did this on May 30, and until today they only tell me that they will inform me when they know something about where my order is.
I have sent many emails asking for information or for them to resend the purchase and now they no longer answer. I had been shopping some time ago and never had a problem. Perhaps with the people who work now they are no longer efficient enough than they were before

Have ordered for 20 years there, there was never (!!!) any problems, if I had any, there were always solutions.
The CAD department works fine, the work is cheap, it works very well, the shipping is very fast, the work is out again the next working day. The staff is always friendly and very competent. I have always been treated as a premium customer, even though as a private person I only have very few orders and I also do little CAD.
The company is absolutely recommended!

A real box of supplies, nothing to do with too many scams in the Google first page domain.
Serious and fast, very responsive and easy to communicate.
