I don't understand how a business like this allows the quality of their food to drop sooooo much! I give it 1 star because you can't give it less than that

I do not understand why they ask for a $ 25 ham bread, last year it was at $ 22 and 2 years ago $ 18.50, this is not Venezuela, inflation is 2 to 4%, we have to join as consumers
Horrible place. The service was pathetic, the cashier seemed to be annoyed whenever I asked a question. I ordered scrambled eggs and they were extremely dry. They tasted like fake eggs. I had not been at this place for a long time, and my friend decided to go and NOW I remember why I didn't go for a long time: Because the staff is rude and this is a waste of time and money!
Went on a Saturday morning, very busy and a bit frenetic. Would be best if you speak Spanish. I don't so I ended up ordering diverging I didn't actually want.
Very bad customer service. I went this morning to buy cachitos to take away and since it was a medium amount they did not sell them to me for not having enough I asked them to give me the ones they had at that time and they did not want to sell them to me with the excuse that I had to make an order by phone.
Good breakfast . Only there is no table service and coffee has to be found elsewhere
The food is still divine, the attention is terrible. They don't let you choose, they rush you to buy the first thing you see and if you ask them for a chance, they treat you like the plague ... the truth is that they have gotten used to treating the public as they please and badly.
Excellent attention from yorgelis, I made my order by phone and they took good care of me
I went at 6:35 pm to buy a ham sandwich and cheese and was told simply no bread q q So I could not make a simple sandwich. (I saw the bread on top of the cabinet) Fatal service.
Good Arepas! My husband ordered one with Gouda Cheese and I one with Queso Guayanes, 2 ham Cachitos and one Elephant Ear...Buenisimo!
If you miss your bread, cachitos etc. Venezuelan you can come here. The only thing is that it is a bit expensive compared to the rest of the sites like this place. In my opinion all very rich but all very very expensive
Buy 2 ham loaves in that bakery, very expensive and very bad, little ham few olives or none and little other ingredients, I do not recommend buying the ham bread in this place
Awesome Venezuelan comfort food. Bakery with great arepas.
The best Venezuelan Bakery ever! The white skinny guy was so amazing and the way he give love to clients and doing a gourmet coffee is fabulous! I recommend this place a 100% this a Must Stop for sure at the Doral area! Love it
Excellent place to buy Venezuelan .... and the careful attention .... grateful to Mariela for her special attention ....
Delicious Venezuelan Cuisine !!! I love it, I definitely recommend this place
Very rich for breakfast in the best Venezuelan style
Some of their food is good and some is not. At times they run out of some of their pastries and other times it feels dry. However, overall it is a good place to eat breakfast or a snack.
The Ham Bread is expensive $ 25 and inside it lacks everything! Don Pan Before it used to be my obligatory stop at all times, now even the pastry cream of the sweets is common, of pre-made powders ...
The desserts were either dry or soggy, and seemed old. The Cachitos were amazing! The staff seemed like thy really didn't want to be there and looked at me like "uh what do you want?!" When I was ordering my food. Pretty rude. Change your staff and the place would be a lot better. Still all in all, closest I come to eating food from the country I was born in and would love if they moved further north too.
Venezuela queues moved to this bakery. Sometimes I think is not the country is as stupid people queuing to buy a loaf virus in the brain of people not in the country. Be ashamed because queue when there are thousands of bakeries.
One of the best franchises in Miami. Highly recommended!
Bad service ... very slow ... but very good food and bread
The strudel of arequipe was spectacular and the coffee delicious ... really that everything is guaranteed in taste and attention!
The excellent cachitos and coffee, typical Venezuelan bakery I felt at home. I read some reviews that indicated it was expensive but they are average prices and for good quality products it is worth it. If I lived in Miami I would have breakfast here every day.
Rich venezuelan empanadas, with enough filling and their respective sauce
