If i could leave a negative number of stars for this company I would. I am appalled that Lowe s uses them as their delivery. Now I cannot support Lowe s as a business. After a second delivery delay time, the drivers never called as they were supposed to and showed up to the complex. Turned around in the complex and left. This way the Garman would show that they were at the site. However they never called to attempt to make delivery. They saw that it was a multiple floor building and we re too lazy to attempt to make the delivery. I could never get a phone number to a dispatch service. I could never get a phone number to a driver so that I could give them personal directions. The company refused all that and rather would make calls them self. After waiting on hold for that more than 20 minutes the initial two calls of my seven throughout the day, I was told they would not provide that information. Apparently they do not provide it to Lowe s either. The driver would never answer the phone for them proving that they were lazy and did not want to make the delivery at all. The company could do nothing for me, and would only switch me from person to person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! And buyer beware if you plan to have something delivered from Lowe s home improvement stores this will be your delivery service!!!!

DSI logistics, delivered us a Frigidaire refrigera...

DSI logistics, delivered us a Frigidaire refrigerator on Wednesday May 5, 2021 from Lowe's in Cape Girardeau Missouri.

Problem List:
1. Delivery men appearance unkempt looking.

2. They left majority of plastic shrink wrap, still attached to refrigerator.

3. Side by side refrigerator doors not at all level and a noticeable half inch difference. They should have been adjusted, before delivery men left.

4. Bottom refrigerator kick plate not installed and left lying on kitchen table.

5. One door shelf missing.

Is this an isolated incident? We can't ascertain. However, on future appliances from Lowe's, we'll at least now REFUSE deliveries from DSI Logistics...

Drivers showed up almost two hours before appointm...

Drivers showed up almost two hours before appointment time. Couldn t switch the dryer opening as specified when purchasing the dryer. They didn t level the dryer (it started wobbling after one load). Told us to call the store to get the door fixed. Total clown show, they were done in about 15 minutes. They clearly wanted to go home. I will never buy another appliance from Lowe s.

Oof do not order an appliance from Lowe s - this is their third party delivery company. I can t possibly explain how awful DSI Logistics is - their incompetence with logistics would be amusing if they hadn t wasted hours of my life on the phone and a endless amount of energy waiting for abd tracking a delivery that never comes (and still hasn t). They ve no-showed multiple times on the delivery window.

Lowe s is no help, they just point the finger at DSI. We finally figured out how to get a hold of DSI and they oscillate between ridiculous excuses and pointing the finger back at Lowe s. We ve finally reached a point in speaking with enough people at DSI that we ve figured out DSI is over scheduling their routes and then hitting an hours/mileage limit for the crew - so the remaining deliveries just get hung out to dry.

The obvious next step then is to get in the AM delivery window - but no one at DSI or Lowe s (after daily phone calls and hours of hold time) is willing or able to make that happen. I d go there in person but I m confident I d have a complete meltdown and go viral on the internet.

I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes in St Roberts ...

I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes in St Roberts Missouri. The first text message I received said they would be at my residence in approximately 30 min. We waited nearly an hour and a half. The delivery drivers did not show up. I called the drivers and told them to leave the refrigerator on the front porch and I would get it into the house and install it. Several hours later I received a voicemail saying that the delivery truck was stuck in the mud and was waiting for a tow truck and my delivery would be delayed once again. After returning home they had just left the refrigerator underneath the car port. I placed it in the garage so I could move it the next morning. I went out to move the refrigerator the next morning and noticed part of my yard had flooded. I went down to the end of my drive way and half of my culvert had been crushed and was causing the yard to flood and washing the driveway out. The delivery truck had gotten stuck in my ditch and had to be towed out. Several thounds of dollars worth of damage was done. I contacted the claims department and sent pictures upon their request. They said I would be contacted in 3 business days. I was never contacted. A week later I was contacted by a different claims representative requesting pictures once again. I sent the pictures again and was once again told I would be contacted in three days. I was never contacted. I called the representative and was told I needed to obtain two quotes to have my driveway repaired. I sent both quotes on Monday 10/04/2021. I still have not been contacted by the claim representative. I guess I will have to call and file a police report for these damages and press charges against the drivers who delivered to my property since apparently DSI Logistics cant handle claims or customer service. If Lowes continues to use this delivery service I believe it will greatly impact their reputation.

10:30am - 2:30pm time frame changed to a 1:00pm - ...

10:30am - 2:30pm time frame changed to a 1:00pm - 5:00 pm time frame at about 10:45am. Awesome. So I now get to be here from 10:30am - 5:00pm! How exciting! Wonder what I am supposed to do with all of this food that I cleared out of my refrigerator & freezer to get it ready to be moved & replaced with the new one?

I added 2 stars because the delivery guys were amazing. I still think that DSI is really good at not communicating & dropping the ball.

Absolutely the worst. Driver did not call, turned around when they thought they would be unable to deliver and did not call me to tell me they had left. I called them an hour later only to find this out. Mean while I was at the house and would have been able to tell them how they could deliver the washer and dryer through a different street. They could not have been more unprofessional.

DSI Logistics handles appliance deliveries for Low...

DSI Logistics handles appliance deliveries for Lowe's. However, the company is absolutely terrible at performing deliveries. Their drivers repeatedly miss their delivery windows, and then cancel at the last minute. I would recommend avoiding DSI Logistics as much as possible.

We had Anthony and Nico and they were fantastic. So patient and positive. Our house is very old so maneuvering the fridge was difficult but they didn't skip a beat. Amazing service. They are a great team.
