Please beware before buying property at DS Max. Pathetic after sales service. Had different opinion before booking. Read all the terms and conditions before signing any agreement/document. The flat blocking form will be having one amount(corpus fund, car parking, maintenance) and agreement will be having another amount. Interior must be done by DS Max only. One month work they take more than 3 months. Rates are very high compared to market rate. Not delivered and the promised date. People buying flats on the top floor make sure water proofing is done. Also cracks issue on the walls. Lot of water seepage issue. Door panels, frames, window grills are not perfectly fit. Finishing is not good. Bluff masters!
