Third class Company, staffs are harassed everyday by Senior Management. Working hours are 10 hours. No National Holidays, No festival holidays, in fact no holidays for 6 months after which same continue for 1 year. If in between leave taken salary is deducted. If Questioned then employee isvtsrgetted fir termination. CAO, Chief Architect , HR, Construction Admin are dominating & Harassing the Staff without allowing anyone to talk openly. Not a democratic organization, but ultimate monopoly by these four people. Owner is one useless person who tells staff to forget their family and work for Company 24 hours. He even says to spend for the company from employees pockets. Every 3 months they terminate employees, old employees are bucket of these four people. Hence they are retained even though they don't Perform. Lot of financial kickbacks and scams are done within these four People which is not known to MD or Other directors. Many of my friends had a real bitter experience in this company. Neither suited for seniors nor for juniors. Only Tamilians are recruited and continued by Construction Admin. Remaining people are especially kannad people terminated by them on regular basis. Hopeless and horrible working environment.
