They don't sell flamingo yard ornaments. I also did not see a blue candle. It's a damn country western store!

They have a very good selection of western style jeans here of varied sizes. They also have a great variety of different types of boots. It is a great place to shop for basic work boots that are durable, too. You will find that the sales employees are friendly and helpful. They are happy to help with fitting, if needed.

My family and I have shopped at Drysdales for as long as I can remember~ I normally love going. I went today to exchange a outfit that I received as a baby shower gift. The counter girl was very unhelpful. She hollered for a lady named Lynn to come help her and Lynn was ever more rude. If I ever go back to Drysdales it won't be at the 71st location. It was pathetic, No customer service skills at all. Thumbs down-

The employees were not helpful at all. We spoke with three different people even and then just left.

Prices are high, but staff are very helpful. They take the extra steps to find what you are looking for

Wanted some Native American jewelry, like torquoise. They had a decent selection.

Store owner would not even donate a silent auction item for a Cancer benefit. I personally spent over $500 there the previous Christmas but never will go there again.

My favorite place to shop they have the jeans I like and boots and shirts also

Friendly helpful people at Drysdales they might be a little expensive but you get your money's worth bought a hat there year-and-a-half ago kind of the gentleman there reset my head as good as new

People were nice and helpful. The store had so much stuff out had to get around and seemed to be all over the place with no reason where it was placed.

Love this store! The employee's were so nice. I went to find a dress to get married in and the lady that helped me picked my dress and it was definitely the one I loved! Very friendly and fast no hassle at all

I don't think I have ever seen so much denim and cowboy attire, reasonable prices on the work wear too.

They got really cool western things. There clearance wasn't bad and they are very helpful.

We had a good experience buying some gifts and my husband purchased some work boots. The sales associate spent her time helping in any way possible. Short check out lines.

Went in to exchange an womens carhart jacket my husband got me for Christmas for a bigger size,and was told i couldn't return it due to it being washed.. i said "umm no i sprayed my perfume on it and once i realized i couldnt zip it up due to my breasts lol i immediately hung it in my closet. Her reaponse was "no you washed it i smell laundry detergent, but i guess ill let it slide this time,but next time you purchase from us DONT WASH IT! now go get what you need" what a B! Never been so disrespected acted like i was a regular that constantly exchanges things.. this was my 3rd time shopping there!

FRC's my size in stock!
It's tough to find FRC'S in tall sizes but they keep them in stock. With the weather cooling off, I needed an FRC jacket for the next day's work. They were open in a Sunday afternoon and had my size. Thank you Drysdale for allowing me to be warm!

Drysdales is now under the BOOT BARN brand and they offer a 10% Military Discount. Drysdales never did.

they had a great selection but the staff is very disorganized my mother in law called and put a shirt on hold we went to pick it up the same day and they had no idea what we were talking about

The service I received the two times I have ever been inside this location was bitter sweet. I called and inquired about their boot stretching. I bought some Doc Martens from a different company and needed help breaking them in. When I dropped my boots off the younger lady who helped me was so nice and really personable. She assured me my boots were in great hands and I could pick them up. The next morning when I picked them up from the Manager it wasn't as nice as a experience. I tried on my shoes and was quickly escorted out of the store. So much so that I left my phone. I'm not sure if it's policy to be escorted out of the store after picking up boots but I had the feeling I was not wanted there. All in all not super brown person friendly during the day, come at night to shop. Far better staff.

This was a good place to buy clothing. The only problem i have with it was ,one of the cashiers was rude to my mom and i. Other than that it was great

I bought a pair of boots from drysdales and not a cheap pair either, a good solid pair that when i talked to the associate about them and described what i would be doing in the boots cleaning stalls at a farm and working at a car dealership detailing cars he said they would be fine for that. Fast forward less than a month later and the boots are falling apart with the bottom coming apart from the top of the boot, I called costumer service said they would evaluate them. When i received the call from their boot return person she informed me that the boots could not be returned because they had been around animal acids and that the animal acids deteriorated the boots... so i bought western boots at a western store that can not be used on a farm... just fantastic

Large selection of men's Levis jeans and good price

Looking for cowboy boots for our boy. Found them with the help of an employee. Was able to get him new Jean's and a shirt in no time at all. Staff friendly, and everyone very helpful.

Great Texan store for traditional clothing. Bought my cowboy hat here however staff was not very helpful. Yet got a bargain by looking on my own.

Love the store, Great selection if boots. Only thing no size 5 or 5 1/2. I just can't wear a 6. I did buy a few blouses and a Jacket. Store was nice and clean and employees were fantastic and really enjoyed sales people all were fantastic.
