My family and I have shopped at Drysdales for as long as I can remember~ I normally love going. I went today to exchange a outfit that I received as a baby shower gift. The counter girl was very unhelpful. She hollered for a lady named Lynn to come help her and Lynn was ever more rude. If I ever go back to Drysdales it won't be at the 71st location. It was pathetic, No customer service skills at all. Thumbs down-
