Went in to exchange an womens carhart jacket my husband got me for Christmas for a bigger size,and was told i couldn't return it due to it being washed.. i said "umm no i sprayed my perfume on it and once i realized i couldnt zip it up due to my breasts lol i immediately hung it in my closet. Her reaponse was "no you washed it i smell laundry detergent, but i guess ill let it slide this time,but next time you purchase from us DONT WASH IT! now go get what you need" what a B! Never been so disrespected acted like i was a regular that constantly exchanges things.. this was my 3rd time shopping there!
