The service I received the two times I have ever been inside this location was bitter sweet. I called and inquired about their boot stretching. I bought some Doc Martens from a different company and needed help breaking them in. When I dropped my boots off the younger lady who helped me was so nice and really personable. She assured me my boots were in great hands and I could pick them up. The next morning when I picked them up from the Manager it wasn't as nice as a experience. I tried on my shoes and was quickly escorted out of the store. So much so that I left my phone. I'm not sure if it's policy to be escorted out of the store after picking up boots but I had the feeling I was not wanted there. All in all not super brown person friendly during the day, come at night to shop. Far better staff.
