Dry Guys Basement Systems Reviews

We have been in our home for the past fourteen (14) years. We have had water in our basement every year during sustained rainstorms. Mike Grubb came out for an estimate. Within minutes, he assessed the problem areas, hopped on his computer and created a plan of action. Everything was explained in great detail and made perfect sense.

Prior to the installation, Dry Guys sent emails and information to ensure we were ready for the work. On the first day, I was pleased the installation and project team were equally as thorough and professional as Mike Grubb. Specifically, Team 3, Ed, Anthony and Abe, were amazing from the start. They surveyed the work. Explained everything again in great detail. In fact, Ed, Anthony and Abe even pointed out issues I hadn't noticed and offered solutions.

My satisfaction was only exceeded as Ed, Anthony and Abe continued the work. The work was seamless. Everything was explained. The work was completed in the allotted time frame and was exactly what had been explained. Ed, Anthony and Abe were great. Not only did they perform excellent work in an exceedingly efficient and professional manner, but when they left there was not a trace of them being here or doing major work on our home.

We could not be more pleased with the decision to hire Dry Guys or the fact we had Ed, Anthony and Abe on the project. These guys are wonderful during all phases of the work and are highly recommended.

I had a great experience with these guys. Finished a French drain in my basement in less than 2 days. Very polite employees and you can tell they were being honest.

Crew A.D and Sean Kline Co-foremen, helper and Elliot can't say enough good comments about this crew. Prompt, courteous, friendly and diligent workers. Explained fully their approach to my project and were responsive to any questions I had. Clean up was good and Sean and A.D. returned this morning to finish any loose ends and return the dryer and vent to the former location. This crew is truly a credit and an asset to Dry Guys. Would recommend Dry Guys in a heart beat.

Chris/Joshua did a good job, this sump pump was in serious need of replacement the previous unit which was probably the original had a crack in it and wasn t pumping the water out like it should. The work and job was done in 1 day. This company does good work. I d recommend them to anyone.

Foreman Rich and his crew freddy and cody were great they kept me informed of every step of the job my crawlspace looks amazing my floors are nice and level thank you for very professional job !!

My basement project was completed last week.
From start to finish I am impressed with Dry Guys! Ian G. came out and did the initial overview of my issue and was very professional, personable and thoroughly went over his view of what we should do to resolve our issue. He understood that we were new homeowners and the limited resources that we had immediately available to work with. He suggested a multi-step approach and laid it all out for us. My wife and I were comfortable with his pricing and his demeanor throughout the process.
On the day of installation, they crew called ahead to prepare me for their arrival and still got to my house earlier than expected.
Jesse gave me the game plan for the day and Christian and crew got to it! Throughout the entire day they were clean, courteous and get the job done.
We're happy to be done with phase one and look forward to preparing to getting the rest of the work done in the future!

The approach and execution by Anthony and the whole team gives unquestionable confidence to recommend. Good guys doing good work. I might be in the bleachers but I am on the dry guys team.

Absolutely amazing service and expertise! The Customer Service is top notch, the install was easy, and the team is so nice! I have had two jobs completed so far and plan on using them again! Both install technicians Carlito and Rachel are amazing and so nice and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Dry Guys for all of your basement and home needs!!!

David came out and replaced a pump still under warranty. He was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He gave us some tips on extending the life of the sump pumps and how to save on electricity costs when the water table is artificially high when there is excessive rain.

The work was quality, quick, and neat. We would use them again.

Ian and Josh did an excellent job servicing our sump pump. We will definitely continue doing business with Dry Guys.

Elliot Gattuso (field manager) was very professional, and was able to explain everything in a way that made sense.

Our biggest concerns were a loud sump pump that was emptying into our neighbors yard and a crawl space entry door that was falling apart. After a 3 hour estimate we settled on addressing only our original concerns. While the installers were very nice and professional once the work was completed and reviewed it became clear that we did not receive the door we thought we were getting. Instead we got a fiberglass board that won t open or close properly and is very cumbersome. Not to mention the door we wanted replaced is still there. When we voiced our concerns we were told they would do what they could to rectify the issues, however no one would return our calls. Don t waste your time, definitely not worth the money!

Top notch experience with our Dry Guys crew, and their system. It's only been a few days since the install but we're confident in the system they installed and are excited that the basement is dry this morning after a torrential downpour last night that would've normally put 1" of water in the basement. Ian, Kelly, Shane and (1 other guy) were professional the 3 days they were here and left us with 0 questions or any feeling of concern with how the install went. Would call again and recommend to anyone needing professional help with their basement/water issues.

I encourage anyone that will use Dryguys for your basement would do your diligence on what you are actually purchasing and what they really warranty. Truth is no matter what the situation is they will never take responsibility on any of your personal property that may be lost in flood that includes walls floors etc. Myself was a unique situation due to the fact that watch dog alarm was never installed which I believe was honest mistake from the installer. Before and after pictures were taken and not provided to insurance company per Dry Guys management state, installer never uploaded to server. I have audio that states differently and will be providing a website with a link that shows all my pictures from my house including how the basement steps were replaced before and after, all relation emails and anything that pertains to my house and Dry Guys. Dry Guys workers that physically performed install and maintenance are polite and genuine employees. I will not say the same for the owner. Feel free to inbox me with any questions that I can answer for you prior to website link that Dry Guys will regret once posted ongoing emails and audio conversations as I am waiting on Legal for confirmation.
