I encourage anyone that will use Dryguys for your basement would do your diligence on what you are actually purchasing and what they really warranty. Truth is no matter what the situation is they will never take responsibility on any of your personal property that may be lost in flood that includes walls floors etc. Myself was a unique situation due to the fact that watch dog alarm was never installed which I believe was honest mistake from the installer. Before and after pictures were taken and not provided to insurance company per Dry Guys management state, installer never uploaded to server. I have audio that states differently and will be providing a website with a link that shows all my pictures from my house including how the basement steps were replaced before and after, all relation emails and anything that pertains to my house and Dry Guys. Dry Guys workers that physically performed install and maintenance are polite and genuine employees. I will not say the same for the owner.
