When you have a major water leak in your house, you are frantic, upset, and too busy with work and kids to worry about contractors. The folks at Dry Force were extremely helpful, explaining the process along the way to make sure I knew what to expect. I received daily phone calls, updating me on everything, even when work wasn't scheduled. I also LOVE calling with a question and getting a real, live person!

Kudos to the entire staff. Shout out to Kaylee, who was the representative that removed the equipment when it was over. Kaylee took the time to explain the end of the drying process and what I could expect next. Thanks Kaylee!
