I own a 2002 discovery ii SE Land Rover. I brought in to their shop For a complete detail interior, engine compartment, Exterior wax. I ve owned this land rover for 15 years. It has never been detailed. 15 years ago I bought it from the dealership with only 36,000 miles. It is still under 100,000 miles. They brought it back to show room condition. I am so impressed. I appreciate their Honesty and hard work!

Tanner did a great job cleaning up my car in a timely manner. He did in amazing job on the interior, also made the paint on my 20+ year old car look brand new. Restored the sidelining plastic on my car and gave it a much deeper/better look. Fully restored headlights, engine bay, etc. Highly recommended. Will return!
I had my interior detailed. I have leather seat covers and instead of taking the seat covers off and cleaning the seats, they just pulled them up and vacuumed around them. When I got the car back the seat covers were not reinstalled properly so I said I would just finish it myself. When I moved the back seat forward to reattach the seat covers there was hair and sand all over the back that was missed. When I moved adjusted the seat covers sand came out from all around the seatbelt holes. The car looked nice if you just got in and didn't pay attention, but as soon as you adjust the seats, there is dirty areas that were completely missed.
They did pick up and deliver the car for free, and the guy that I worked with was professional. I wouldn't take my car back here though.

The shampoo job was great, but they washed my windows on the inside and they were still not very clean.
Wow! I called and was able to get in the next day. Made my car look brand new again! I try to clean my car on the weekends, but I've never been able to make it look the way it does now. I even had a couple problem areas that I thought might cost more, but no extra charge. 5 stars!! Thanks Tanner

2 years ago I put a white acrylic paint in the trunk of my car and without knowing the container had broken and gotten the paint all over my carpet. I called the owner of The Oregon Detail Company and he got every last bit of the paint out of the carpet of my trunk in less than an hour! I was shocked by how clean my carpet was. Great customer service! and fast clean results!

Oregon Detail Company is first rate. The owner Tanner picked up my car at my house and dropped it off. I got the 4-hour complete interior detail, and my car looks like new (which is not easy considering I have a dog and a horse and it was filthy.) I called a lot of places, and I really liked that Tanner was professional and straightforward. I would recommend Oregon Detail Company for anyone who wants a thorough job and fabulous service!

I wasn't so sure how it was going to turn out due to me owning a pug that sheds like crazy, but boy was i shocked on how new and clean my car was! Oregon Detail Co. is a great detail shop In Eugene Oregon. I live in Salem and travel down to Eugene to get my car detailed. The owner Tanner has done my TRD Camry and my TRD Off Road Rav4 for a wash and paint correct. The company is fast and pays attention to detail when washing your car which I like.
If the company was in Salem I would be there monthly getting a wash or two. Check them out and trust me the owner Tanner is a cool dude.

Good customer service. But I was disappointed to open my visor mirror and see it still coated in dust and other substances, untouched. In addition, the windows were all quite streaky inside and out, and there was still dust in the vents and animal hair here and there. I had just purchased this car second hand, and was excited for the TLC. I knew it couldnt be made perfect, I just wanted cleanliness. I noted ahead of time the need for the visors to be cleaned up, but alas, they were overlooked entirely. Pretty disappointing and wont be returning. Maybe my idea of detail cleaning is more extreme than average?

Oregon Detail Company took our 2013 Honda Civic, and made it look like a brand new car! Tanner was super meticulous with every nook and cranny, upholstery cleaning as well. I wanted my 2014 Tacoma to look new when my dad came to town - I knew we'd be driving it quite a bit. Tanner did a great job, and on a Sunday afternoon. I was fretting about figuring out how to get my truck to his shop and get a ride to work - and then realized that he is available 7 days a week, and he comes to my house! I couldn't resist the convenience. A hard-working, conscientious young man. I'll be scheduling himn to work on our Rav 4 soon. He does meticulous work.

Tanner and his crew did a great job detailing my Lexus GX470! Very professional and fast. The finished exterior was beautiful. It's embarrassing that I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until they weren't anymore. They didn't miss a thing. Also, I spend a lot of time in my car and I'm really hard on my interior (muddy shoes, dog co-pilot, eating on the run and maybe a little sloppy with the Dutch Bros sometimes) but they managed to fix it all. I handed them a challenge and am so impressed with the results. I will definitely be using them for all my future detailing.

I have used just about every detail shop in town, and have had good job and bad jobs from them. I'm blown away by the guys at Oregon Detail, their shop is cool, great attention to detail, their knowledge and passion of cars is amazing for such young guys, and I was treated to the best customer service I've ever had from a detail shop.
