Good customer service. But I was disappointed to open my visor mirror and see it still coated in dust and other substances, untouched. In addition, the windows were all quite streaky inside and out, and there was still dust in the vents and animal hair here and there. I had just purchased this car second hand, and was excited for the TLC. I knew it couldnt be made perfect, I just wanted cleanliness. I noted ahead of time the need for the visors to be cleaned up, but alas, they were overlooked entirely. Pretty disappointing and wont be returning. Maybe my idea of detail cleaning is more extreme than average?
