I had my interior detailed. I have leather seat covers and instead of taking the seat covers off and cleaning the seats, they just pulled them up and vacuumed around them. When I got the car back the seat covers were not reinstalled properly so I said I would just finish it myself. When I moved the back seat forward to reattach the seat covers there was hair and sand all over the back that was missed. When I moved adjusted the seat covers sand came out from all around the seatbelt holes. The car looked nice if you just got in and didn't pay attention, but as soon as you adjust the seats, there is dirty areas that were completely missed.

They did pick up and deliver the car for free, and the guy that I worked with was professional. I wouldn't take my car back here though.
