Not bad, except it's more like a nice 3*. Great location. Be aware that there is only a limited parking space in the garage (15 eur/night) and if there's none, you'll find AFTER you drive in :) The reception area is small and right in front of the elevators, so it gets crowded really quickly. The rooms are ok, nice bathroom, no minibar (but there was a small minibar fridge). The appliances are limited, I really missed a Bluetooth speaker/t.v. which I thought is pretty standard, particularly in new hotels, also no HBO/Netflix on t.v., mainly German channels. Breakfast was ok, not impressive but convenient. All in all it's a nice place for a quick stay.

Very nice and modern hotel in a top location! In 5 minutes on foot you are at the kennel and a tram stop is also in the street. We did not try the breakfast. The hotel has a gym and an underground car park, which at 15 per night but in my opinion too expensive. We parked in the parking lot of the power plant center for 4 / 24h and walked 5 minutes to the hotel. Instead of credit card, we could deposit a deposit of 50 in cash. Otherwise everything was great, we will gladly come back.

Finally nice employees again. We did not see anybody working there who was not nice and happy. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small, so the one star deduction. The minibar could be removed. At the pommel of it I got a huge bruise at night.

I went for 105 euros on weekends and 16 euros per breakfast. It seems like I was staying at a slightly more expensive price than usual due to my urgent reservation. The staff were very friendly and very clean! The room was a bit small but the layout and storage area were very good. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was thick. It was a bit difficult to keep the floor dry because the water splashed out a lot during the shower. The breakfast was very satisfying too! Scrambled eggs, omelets and pancakes were available separately.
A very nice hotel, we stayed there for three nights. Very nice staff everything very clean and a mega great breakfast. The kettle with coffee and tea, an ironing board with iron complete the perfect impression. We would love to come back.

Our first stay at Indigo, we have arrived past midnight, we still managed to find parking outside the hotel which is only 3 euros for 24h. I think great value for money. The gentleman on the night reception shift was extremely helpful and professional. Great care taken with cleanliness, everything was spotless and well organised. The rooms are small but comfortable, quiet, shower was amazing, the only thing was that the water comes out all the way through the bathroom door if you are not careful as no doors on the shower. We had breakfast but couldn't eat much as we had a long journey behind us and ahead of us but plenty choice plus cooked breakfast. We would definitely recommend and stay in the future if in the area.

Very nice, new hotel. Rooms not too big but well and cosy designed with good balance of colour and shapes. Bathroom a bit too small but nice. Comfy shower with excellent proportions of pressure and flow choice. The handset might be a bit more stable in its handle. Good breakfast with personalize touch and well brewed fresh coffee.

We stayed here three nights to the new year. Friendly service, a good room, good facilities. So fit so far. But the breakfast could still tolerate a warm component, but that is already on a high level bitching We had booked by Ameropa, so there were no points.

The breakfast selection could have been a bit bigger. I also missed a mini-bar or room service. The underground car park is not the largest and - I had to park outside for two nights. The area seems safe and I quickly found a parking space, but with certain cars this is not a carefree solution.

New, innovatively furnished hotel with an upscale atmosphere
We stayed at indigo in Dresden at the end of June. And: We were disappointed beyond measure, but then put a cloak of silence over our experiences. Dresden itself was far too beautiful to be upset in public. Now we came across the hotel again by chance and were surprised by the extremely positive reviews. That's nice when apparently a lot could have changed for the better. Our 1-star rating is due to the arrogant staff, who repeatedly urged us to pay the bill early with an unpleasant response when passing the reception and in the hallway, and wanted to decide autocratically about access to the fitness room and also (independently of the regulations in force at the time due to the corona pandemic) "failed" to clean the room, are of no consequence. After all, after the young staff was clearly reprimanded by my friend, who was ultimately very annoyed, "a drink on the house as compensation". We would have preferred the professional service we know from other hotels.
Modern and as you can see new hotel with all amenities. Underground, spacious parking at a good price. The hotel is located close to the center (10-15 minutes on foot). Nice staff. Sterile cleanliness in the facility.

Despite a somewhat bumpy start, we had a really great stay. Super location and especially the bar with a super nice and competent service fee (Maria?) Was able to convince without restriction. When we got on the bike in the rain, we spontaneously turned around and hung up another night ...
Lovely stylish hotel a short walk into the old town and the Christmas markets. Shout out to the lovely Mariann who looked after us so well during the stay. Breakfast time was always busy as there's only a small bar area (see photo) but overall no issues at all and would certainly stay here again
We stayed one night. The hotel is very modern and very clean. The reception was very nice, the lobby was cozy.
Our room was designed in a retro look, great. The double bed wasn't too hard and not too soft. The room faced the inner courtyard, very quiet, despite being close to the center. Good for the environment, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available in a reusable bottle in the bathroom. Breakfast, awesome. Scrambled eggs are freshly prepared, great! The hotel is great! The decor and the service are great, everything looks modern and well maintained. The only thing that bothered me personally was that the ventilation or the water noise of the next room were quite noticeable. But would not stop me from visiting again.
Maybe it was just a one-off and our room was a bit unfavorable.

3 nights stayed over Hotel Indigo, from city centre, you can walk like 5-7 mins, it s not in centre-centre like others. Staffs are helpful enough. Room decoration is good, sufficient usb port for charging mobile and watch, no adapter needed. Toilet is great, spacey, also sizing of the room.

We are enthusiastic about this hotel and the staff. OK, the reception area is a little narrow towards the elevators. But that was never a problem during our stay.

The reception on the day of arrival was equally professional and yet apparently genuinely friendly. Very pleasant. All necessary information was given directly. Inquiries regarding recommendations etc. were given very friendly and knowledgeable.
Our room didn't seem cheap to me at first, as it was very close to the elevator. The size of the room is manageable, as is usual in city hotels of a younger age. It is, however, very cleverly designed. Both in terms of appearance and functionality. With the windows and doors closed, there is no noise from the outside. The lighting concept is convincing. The originality of the furnishings as well, we also liked the color scheme exceptionally well. This was the first hotel - we are both specialists and have been on the road a lot - in which we found the arrangement of the lights, the operability of the same and the number of sockets (often far too few!) To be ideal. It came as a surprise to us that there are also two additional USB ports for charging cell phones at two sockets. OK, either we haven't been out that much lately, or they have really thought through what the guest might need.
At first glance, the bathroom also looked small, but the spatial separation of the toilet from the rest of the bathroom area only becomes apparent at second glance and the high quality of the furnishings was not saved. Faucets, tiles, sinks, all really good choices. The shower has a good water pressure and you can choose between rain shower or normal shower. Otherwise you often have rain shower in noble houses (which I think is stupid, I don't like getting my hair wet every day) or frontal showers. Here the sprinkling from above made my very short-haired husband happy and I was happy about the good water pressure from the normal shower nozzle.
At breakfast we were a little confused. In my apprenticeship, in each of my jobs and also when we ran hotels ourselves, the only way we knew it was that the hot drink was requested and served. I can't remember ever having experienced anything different in Germany. Here, however, you can choose your own filter coffee, coffee preparation or tea at the buffet. That didn't really bother me, because the staff was still on site, approachable, friendly, accessible, helpful and just personable. The buffet itself has little space and yet everything is somehow there. Boiled eggs are on the buffet, all other egg dishes are offered orally and freshly prepared. Very tasty, by the way. Just like all the other products we've tried. Great rolls, delicious bread, first-class salmon, high-quality cold cuts, a super delicious (slightly banana-heavy) Bircher muesli. We didn't miss anything. I don't have to emphasize the proximity to the old town. In a few minutes you are at the Zwinger, Taschenberg or the Frauenkirche. As soon as we head back to Dresden, we will definitely be guests at the Hotel Indigo again, please keep it up!
Nice and pleasant hotel with an appropriately designed hotel bar, friendly staff and beautiful rooms in a very central location right at the Mitte train station. The bathrooms are very nice and pleasantly large. The breakfast buffet is perfectly fine.
The best part of the stay was the breakfast! The only drawback: the beautifully designed and furnished rooms could be a few square meters larger.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Postplatz and the sights. Right next to the hotel is a bakery and a REWE 5 minutes away. The hotel also offers breakfast and there is a bar.
Only for Valentine's Day we go there, but the receipt of my call in the hotel was already sensational, because the young lady was not only friendly, but bubbled with happiness, so I had to laugh immediately and my concerns were taken care of anyway. We are looking forward to being there !!!

The hotel is very modern - typically indigo. The rooms are just big enough because the furnishings are very well thought out. WiFi works fine.
Parking for 15 EUR in the hotel's underground car park or for 3 EUR / 24 h on the roadside.
Breakfast is too expensive for me personally at 18 EUR, especially since there is a bakery on the street corner where you can have breakfast. And if you only drink coffee for breakfast, you can do so in your room (coffee, tea and cocoa are available).
A very nice modern hotel. We liked this hotel very much. There is nothing to complain about. If you want to find something, you will find something! Unfortunately, the parking garage is very expensive but there are cheaper public parking on site.

I was annoyed by a constant humming that could be heard over the (switched off) air conditioning. At my request to be able to change to a room without this noise, the front desk tried very hard and looked for a quiet room, but could not find one.

Our stay at the Hotel Indigo was great. It is located near the center which can be reached easily by foot. The staff were very friendly, nice and professional, rooms were very nice and clean and breakfast was fantastic. In general we were very happy with our stay.

The hotel features 2 room types (normal and bigger), rooms don't have a balcony but they are very warm and cozy, with a modern and creative touch. We liked the rpom desogn and the quality of amenities. We also liked the "hotel indigo" touch :)
The hotel has underground parking accessible by elevator, which makes it very convenient to carry bags without gping through reception every time.
Overall we had a very pleasant experience here.
