Top modern hotel for a city trip in Dresden! Gladly again.

Good location and very attractive look. The price-performance ratio is very good. However, these positive points could not hide the fact that you should agree at check-in directly that you may be bombarded with advertising in addition to the smoking ban. It's all in one section and easily overlooked. Please read carefully what you sign at check-in, because it's not just about the smoking ban. We also found the mattresses too hard and the ventilation or air conditioning were useless. The room was very warm.

Staff in the breakfast area not as attentive as it would be nice (you are almost finished with breakfast and are then asked if you would like an egg dish)
Bread / baked goods unfortunately typical frozen / industrial products

The rooms were absolutely clean every day and the decor was almost new and well matched. And there was nothing missing. The breakfast was rich and tasty. What was not on the buffet, could be ordered for free at consistently friendly staff.
Parking is available in the underground car park for 15 per day or in front of the door on the street for 3 per day. For us, almost everything was within walking distance (Zwinger about 10 minutes walk away).
Only the evening as a snack ordered pizza was a bit overpriced at 12 for a taste average frozen pizza, which has the consistently good overall impression for us but not diminished.

I have stayed in Singapore indigo before and it was fantastic. Great hot tub, excellent breakfast, fabulous roof top swimming pool, gym and terrific city view from the pool. That wasn't cheap; however, worth every penny.

With quite high expectations, I booked this indigo in Dresden, hoping it could bring some different experience to me.

It didn't. It's just another hotel. The room has more than usual number of pairings on the wall to be fair, but that doesn't justify the price given limited parking places, small reception, hall and elevator. And it certainly doesn't deserve the brand name, compared to the Singapore one.

To be fair, location is good, a short walk to city center. Nothing is not good. It just doesn't meet my expectations given the price.

I would not recommend this place. Simply go to anywhere else in Dresden. There are way better located hotels with cheaper price and they also have well known names, if not better known.

Very nice run hotel with clean, tidy and stylish rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet, friendly staff, good facilities of the rooms with kettle, ironing board and iron, in addition to television, mini bar, telephone etc. Underground parking available for 15 euros per 24 h, parking in front of the hotel with Parkscheinoflicht - but attention: pay attention to humble curb , which can not be parked, the regulatory agency sends four times a day order guards for punishment distribution! You can only feel comfortable in this hotel. The ambience of the rooms and the hotel is modern, yet super cozy. The rooms are very comfortably equipped including an ironing board. The environment is thought of in all possible areas without sacrificing comfort. Cleanliness is out of the question. If something is missing, just ask to solve the "problem". The breakfast buffet is appealing and delicious. If you want to avoid bread or rolls, you still have a sufficient selection. Everything is tastefully arranged. Nice, creative staff rounds off the positive overall picture. If I go to Dresden again, I will be happy to stay here again. The path to the train station is short on foot. The old town is also within easy walking distance. Otherwise, two tram stops are enough. This path is also short.

Actually, I only booked the hotel by chance. And what should I say? I keep coming back here now.

The room looks extremely cozy. Here you feel comfortable. The sports room is also well equipped and very clean.

Breakfast is also highly recommended. A good selection with lots of fresh food. Scrambled eggs are prepared and brought to the table on request.

There are still two minor drawbacks. Unfortunately it is noisy like in almost every hotel. Unfortunately, steps on the ceiling are very clear and annoying. But as I said, I've seen that in every hotel. And then there is the bathroom equipment. In my opinion, cotton swabs and a soap dispenser are standard. Unfortunately, both were missing here.

All in all a beautiful hotel which I can absolutely recommend.

Modern hotel, very attractively furnished. Nice rooms. The hotel is very well soundproofed. Each room has a ventilation system. Breakfast is good. Egg dishes are freshly prepared. The consistently young staff is very friendly and helpful. Not a restaurant just a bar.
Unfortunately, the double beds are only 160cm wide and consist of a mattress that is very hard and unfortunately in the entry / exit area partially so soft there is a risk of falling out of the bed. Since the quality of sleep in the hotel is the most important thing, only 3 stars.

Looks neat and spacious room. Very nice and helpful staff. The bar volt on the ground floor of the hotel is highly recommended.

In a nutshell, everything had been great. The entire team was courteous and friendly towards us. They gave us tips on where to eat, whether it was for breakfast or dinner. The cocktails in the hotel itself, were just great and can easily keep up with a bar outside. The rooms were cleaned every day and there was nothing to complain about. The small weight room was enough to keep us fit. We felt very well and hope to see you soon.

Except for the parking situation, it is a nice hotel with friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay. Very stylish decor and a remarkably friendly staff. My wish for a shower stool (so that I can also shower with my injured foot) was fulfilled. The small kettle and the selection of teas, coffee and chocolate are excellent. Refilled every day. A little tip: maybe draw attention to the bottle of water in the mini fridge with a small note. We only found this at the end of our stay.
The beds are of excellent quality. We have never slept so well in a hotel.
Also noteworthy is the bar that we visited to celebrate my husband's birthday. There are delicious cocktails kleinere and small snacks and a very nice service.
We were able to experience the winter magic in Dresden. 10 minutes walk and we were right in the middle. We would love to come back.

Super nicely furnished rooms with modern bathroom, comfortable beds, clever lighting and a nice bar on the ground floor which also offers snacks until late. Directly opposite is a small bar / cafe with a great ambience. I can only recommend!!

I really liked the hotel, only according to the price tag they all lived for 70 euros, and I bugged for 135 .. a huge difference

all super friendly, breakfast tip-top rooms all clean beds could be 20cm longer :-) but everything was great.
If we are in Dresden again we will be back

I haven't seen such nice staff in ages, the indoor climate is also very relaxing, I can only recommend breakfast, fresh products.

The hotel is quite central. Only 10 minutes walk away from the old town. The rooms are small but very modern and have used the space very effectively. The breakfast has a small but very special selection. But you will be asked by the staff for extra requests so you can scrambled eggs, omelet or pancakes served.

This hotel deserves full 5 stars. Very clean, absolutely helpful and very nice staff, the rooms are totally cute and well thought out from the safe, fridge over water / tea / coffee the guest lacks nothing. Breakfast buffet may be larger somewhere else ....., here you still don't miss anything ..... We will definitely be back !!!!!! ???

Beautiful modern hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a central yet quiet location, and you can be in the old town in a few minutes. Parking spaces are in front of the hotel for 3 / 24h. Breakfast was excellent, great selection, great service. We will be back definitely. Thanks for the nice stay . Greetings from the Ruhr area.

This very new and modern hotel is located in the center of Dresden (near the train station Dresden Mitte). The rooms are very clean, chic and functional with air conditioning, TV via mini bar and free wifi (for club members - free registration) everything you need. The breakfast buffet offers selected dishes of high quality. All staff are very friendly, attentive and always very correct. In sum, the hotel offers a very good price-performance ratio.

A very nice hotel, but unfortunately an expensive underground car park and we didn't want to leave our car on the street. Otherwise we will definitely visit Hotel Indigo again, for the price we did not expect such a nice hotel. I can only recommend it !!

Very nice new fully air-conditioned hotel. No noise was heard in our room. Nice staff. If you are lucky you can park directly in front of the hotel for 3 euros 24 hours max 3 days. Or in the area for 6 euros per day. Room small but adequate. Bakery next door 10 meters away. Kennel less than 10 minutes walk away.

Very clean, nice atmosphere, all very friendly, small niceties in the room, breakfast is expandable but still good and everything was fresh. Expandable means, for example, set up a coffee machine more and expand the selection of fruits and vegetables. We would like to come again :)

We were after the New Year's Eve in the State Opera to the nightcap in the hotel. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service ...

High standard Hotel in city center of Dresden. It is well composed into street with good entry for pedestrians and drivers. It must be brand new cause You got the feeling You could it from underground parking pavement. Rooms are well designed with all necessary instruments and high brand accesories. TV set with state of the art Smart TV, so You watch what You want. Kingsize and very cosy bed with endless ammount of pillow guerentees sweet dreams. Art and lihgt summ it all. Breakfast is typical but in a good quality. Restaurant is also very nice and has rest place to have a espresso. I recommend to all tired business travelers to reset and restart busy working week.

Stylish hotel. There is not a large restaurant for breakfast, but the sooner the fewer people, you can choose from an omelet, poached eggs or fried eggs. City center at 15 min availability.

Modern hotel, nice and clean rooms with nice bathroom. Extensive breakfast and friendly, attentive staff. Conveniently located for public transport, direction airport and old town.

Nice hotel with a dog central location to major city center attractions such as Frauenkirche. Hotel welcomes guests with dogs (15 extra).

At night when neighbors are using toilet, the noise from the pipes were loud in our room, which was distracting. Trams are also working through the night, so might be noisy during night with open windows.

Good location, nice atmosphere, practical rooms. Top!

New hotel opposite Kraftwerk Mitte and within walking distance of the center

The hotel is well situated and is located in the immediate brooks of the Dresden Mitte train station.
In the lobby there is a bar and lounge which are used as a breakfast room in the morning. The breakfast is plentiful and there is the possibility of ordering egg dishes a la carte, otherwise self-service. Fully automatic coffee machine, smoothies, bread from the bakery, etc.
The room:
Double bed 160x200, box spring, 2 pillows each. Bedside chests of drawers, 2 variants of lighting on the bed, sockets, USB.
Mini fridge, safe, kettle (instant coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, cream, mini cookies).
Flat screen TV.
Free WiFi.
Air conditioner.
The bathroom:
Shower, rain shower.
Hairdryer.
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, vanity set. (Shower cap-no)
Bathrobe, wellness shoe.
Generally it is very clean and nicely furnished. There are subtle decorative elements, but few dust collectors.
The room is completely tidied up despite the "Please come later" sign. "Do not disturb" door plate is missing.
The staff in the catering area is nice, the staff at the reception / counter is a little overwhelmed and inexperienced.

We were able to check-in at the hotel without a hitch despite an incorrect booking (personal fault). Thanks to the friendly and courteous staff, we discovered the incorrect booking immediately.

Very close to the sights. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Easy parking in front of the hotel or in the hotel own parking garage. In the evening, good cocktails are served in the hotel bar Volt. Attentive and very friendly service staff.

Wheelchair accessible. Parking in the parking garage possible. Reservation for a parking space is not possible. Parking garage relatively narrow, big vehicles (SUV etc) will get problems.

Very modern room. Stylishly furnished. Mac 20 walking distance to major attractions. Tip: Parking on the street is possible and costs only 3 / day.
We hadn't booked breakfast - but there is a bakery right next door.
