5 stars - especially for the extremely friendly and cheerful staff.
The hotel is centrally located - less than 10 minutes' walk from the Zwinger / Opera.
The hotel is very modern - typically indigo. The rooms are just big enough because the furnishings are very well thought out. WiFi works fine.
Parking for 15 EUR in the hotel's underground car park or for 3 EUR / 24 h on the roadside.
Breakfast is too expensive for me personally at 18 EUR, especially since there is a bakery on the street corner where you can have breakfast. And if you only drink coffee for breakfast, you can do so in your room (coffee, tea and cocoa are available).
