We stayed at indigo in Dresden at the end of June. And: We were disappointed beyond measure, but then put a cloak of silence over our experiences. Dresden itself was far too beautiful to be upset in public. Now we came across the hotel again by chance and were surprised by the extremely positive reviews. That's nice when apparently a lot could have changed for the better. Our 1-star rating is due to the arrogant staff, who repeatedly urged us to pay the bill early with an unpleasant response when passing the reception and in the hallway, and wanted to decide autocratically about access to the fitness room and also (independently of the regulations in force at the time due to the corona pandemic) "failed" to clean the room, are of no consequence. After all, after the young staff was clearly reprimanded by my friend, who was ultimately very annoyed, "a drink on the house as compensation". We would have preferred the professional service we know from other hotels.
