Stayed here one night for business and had a mixed bag really. I wouldn't stay here again personally although it wasn't horrendous.
To start with the positive; the room was a good size, the tv in the room was a good size and all functions working, the shower was good and hot with a nice water pressure. The gym and pool are adequate and the sauna was good as well. Dinner was fine, I ordered a burger and garlic bread with bread and butter pudding for dessert. The burger was a good size, as was the pudding and tasted good too. The towels in the room were REALLY soft and fluffy. The aircon was working well.
The negatives; the bed (the star of the show when you are staying for one night in a hotel) was uncomfortable as it was two singles pushed together meaning I kept rolling in to the dip in the middle. One of my pillows was as thin and hard as a piece of card! The wibdows, despite being double glazed let in an awful lot of sound from the traffic. Some secondary glazing would help. So it was a poor night sleep. Breakfast in the morning has awful. I had eggs Benedict, the poached eggs were under cooked so went runny on the plate, there was WAY too much hollandaise sauce (tasted like packet stuff) which then, when mixed with egg, made the plate very wet and my muffin wasn't toasted so then that went soggy... I didn't eat it. I thought I would have a yoghurt instead but it wasn't a good brand and it tasted sooo sugary, it was like eating syrup.
