Rather shabby and worn feeling. Disco going on beneath us - thankfully ended at midnight but we had an early start. Expensive for what it is.

Comfortable beds and rooms and lovely bar restaurant area. Friendly staff. No issues

We stayed Christmas Eve and day. The staff couldn't do enough for you, especially Chris the Manager. The food was beautiful. A very pleasant 2 days.

We arrived at the hotel ok.we were quite disappointed with our room, a double room with no space.

Met some friends for a drink, nice hotel looks like had a refurbishment, its in centre of Swansea close to all schools and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Bars up and downstairs and staff were nice.

Room was good, if a bit dated. Parking was terrible. Managed to get a space by poaching the electric charging point. The night porter was great and sorted out room out. Only reason for 3 stars is they phoned me and tried to charge me an More

Quite outdated and in need of a revamp. Gym equipment needs to be upgraded as many machine are old and rusted.

Great short stay over for the weekend, location good for shopping, as it's seconds away from the main shipping centre. Hotel clean and tidy with a helpful set of staff. Breakfast was cooked well and served to the table. Coffee and tea on tap. Room was spacious and well laid out, bath/shower and plenty of hot water. Level 7 gives good views of Swansea and the hills surrounding it.

Quite comfortable, for the price, though parking charge was high. Covid arrangements not well communicated. No housekeeping for 4 days, but we weren't told how to get clean towels, etc.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, it's very well placed in the city centre.

30 September 2017 about 1 am i dropped my friend in Dragon hotel and I parked my car in the dragon hotel parking for 2 and half hours. The wether was very bad and I didn't read the parking sign.

The reception didn't informed us that if we have a car we have to report it to the reception.

They send me a parking fine I explained to them that my friend was living there at the time.

They told me I had to reporte the car to reception the time of the arrival.

Now almost 3 years later they send me final notice and they will take me to Court.



The reception saw us coming from the back door were the parking is and he didn't informed us about the parking fee.

The sad of this story is few months before my friend Patricia Petel lost her mother and the day i was going to fly to France 28 March 2017 to the funeral we received a call that my Mrs lost her cousin and her 3 kids in a car accident in Africa.

Our family friend was flying from French to USA and she stop to visit us to express her condolences.

I can prof everything I just wrote above and I will go to the Court I lost 4 family members and my friends mother in 3 days and dragon hotel treat me unfair.

Really lovely hotel. Stayed in every hotel in and around Swansea and this is hands down the best.... food is good, drinks are reasonable and have a great choice, child friendly with a nice pool and gym. Staff are some of the most pleasant staff I've ever met in any customer facing business. In particular Ashley in the brasserie is an absolute credit to The Dragon. Staying in Swansea? Stay in the Dragon or you'll be disappointed.

Not a very helpful staff. Room was not in a good position.

Haven't been there yet booked for the weekend but unfortunately have to cancel. Work colleagues are dissatisfied with this website as there is no listed menu and prices
