I would rather four stars be the highest rating, the fifth star was added for millennials who were getting four stars for showing up with their shoes on. And I would have given this review three and a half stars if I could have. Not for the level of service, but for the bill. I ll talk about that later, on with the review!

The only thing which could have made this visit better service wise would be if Geoffrey had had a handy vac to clean up the minor debris left by his cleaning everything off. Excellent work, he kept me appraised of what he was thinking while he was working, and when something didn t work the way he expected, kept a positive attitude.

Many people don t like having the homeowner there for the work, which is understandable. Most homeowners see something done and think they can do it themselves, and then cause more harm than good. But Geoff seemed really engaged in my being along for the ride, and I m not going to touch anything he worked on for at least the year the part is under warranty.

I grew up hearing the theme song, but lived in Nompton where one called Compton Heat and Air for HVAC solutions (until they had those legal troubles) as a matter of course. Now that I m in OKC, I will be making certain Drabek & Hill get my calls in the future.

No, having a handy vac would not have earned the forth full star. Having service calls be that close to $100 when any portion of them are going to be a miss attached wire makes sense for the company, but makes calling the company something people dread.

The vans are expensive! It costs money to get them to the job! Having parts on hand is hard!

I ve misplaced what the service call cost, but it was around $84. For a single mother on a tight budget, that s food for a week. I m talking about teachers, not food service workers. And that s just too much. For the dwindling middle class, knowing they are out that hundred and will soon be out much more for parts is fairly alarming.

Service call flat fees work out great for companies. And if the professionals got a percentage, it would be good for them too. But I doubt that s the case.

Jeff is always on time or early, very professional, and answers all my questions. He does a complete inspection both for the AC in the spring and the heating unit in the fall. I always ask for Jeff because he does a complete job and explains what he is doing, and is always on time. A professional, tidy, and friendly person! Thank you.

Out of five bids, large, medium and small companies, they were, by far, the highest. Not only were they the highest, they explained their bid and work to be done, the least. We weren t impressed.

My heater has been on the fritz. James fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and also explained it to me. I had been dealing with my home warranty company and they failed to fix the problem repeatedly. I highly recommend calling them if you have issues.

Woke up to no heat at 6am on a Monday morning. Not a good way to wake up. I called about 9am and the tech arrived around 10:30am. Speedy quick service, he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Jeff arrived timely and was courteous and professional! Replaced a part quickly and was on his way. I appreciate this company coming after hours on such a hot day!

We've been using Drabek & Hill for over 5 years now, and we've always had great service. Only once did we have an issue with a repair, and it was quickly resolved (for free). They'll continue to get my business for the foreseeable future.

Options and estimates were requested, the estimate received was a listing of equipment prices. The salesman was prompt and polite and took pictures of our existing problems, however options discussed were absent in follow-up.

The technician (James) arrived on time and checked the system. Drabeck and Hill sent a text with the picture and info of the technician sent to do the work. They later called to make sure I knew the tech was on his way. The tech arrived and explained what he was doing and why. Very professional. Great company!

Cory from the plumbing department replaced our outdoor faucets. He was quick and competent. I ve used Drabek&Hill for our heat/ac and plumbing and will continue to have them fix our problems.

Was having problems with the furnace and a quick call and they were here the very next day and fixed my problem. Geoffrey is an excellent person and answered all my questions!

I needed 4 major pipes fixed under my crawlspace home due to Oklahoma s 0 degree weather and freeze.
I was notified all along the way of what was needed and what solutions were available. I was also advised I still need a complete re-plumb but will call your company when I can afford a new monthly payment. THANK YOU so very much!

You guys have my vote and I will recommend Drabek and Hill for all HVAC issues from now on!

Just had a 6 year old mold infested geothermal unit removed and replaced with traditional unit from Drabek&Hill. It took a couple weeks to do research and gather information to make an informed decision. Claude came out and explained everything so that we could understand the issues. Claude was 1 of many that said it all comes down to poor installation that is why your having these issues. Now we understand the what, AND why. The proposal broke down all the costs with options so we could pick and choose within our financial comfort zone. The biggest benefactor, was we were able to secure financing with their assistance (also a painless process). In addition to HVAC, because we also had geothermal hot water system too, we opted to get a tankless hot water heater. On day 1 we had a team out, Nathan, Ezra, Eric, and Johnnie charged ahead and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. 4 days later, a 6 year old mold infested geothermal unit was removed and all the bells and whistles we needed to have a happy HVAC & tankless hot water heater system were installed. We love it so far! Not sure how winter will go since we are on propane, but we opted for a heat pump so hopefully that will help reduce the propane use.

Ezra paid attention to my concerns anad resolved a long standing situation in my shower. Truly rreliable

Thorough and excellent service during semi-annual checkup. Give him a raise!

Technician/Michael was thorough with us. Answered all of our questions and concerns. Explained repair and the possibility of any future issues.

Jeff is extremely friendly and does a thorough job of checking and cleaning your A/C unit. He even took time to change out my air filters for me.

Way over charged. There hvac is great but plumbing is absolutely ridiculous. Over 200 dollars for 20 min of work. Will use for my air but never again for plumbing.

I was incredibly happy that I was able to get a hold of a live person late Sunday evening and have a technician to my house in 20 minutes. The technician was courteous and got my A/C working again promptly.

Had problems with a hot water heater that a different plumber said couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. The tech that came out looked at the issue and was able to repair the problem. These guys look out for their customers over trying to gouge them like some places will do. Awesome job everytime they come out here.

I have used this company for 27 years. I have always received great service. This service check was no exception. Although the service tech assigned was runny late, they sent out another tech to get started until the original tech could arrive. I really like the new email confirmation system. It is nice to know who will be coming out. Thanks!

Before we actually scheduled an appointment, I called to ask a couple questions. Our furnace has been periodically dead since the ice storm last October. We've dubbed it the furnace fiasco. I was given to the manager of repair services and he answered them competently and kindly. He even told me what he suspected the problem to be, while being clear that he hadn't actually seen it himself. After discussing with family, we scheduled our appt. Our guy was excellent. He was prompt and thorough. He took his time and explained the problem extremely well. We will always call them with future problems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Kamran and other worker did an excellent job with the installation of our new HVAC unit. They were very friendly and got the job done within one day. I was surprised at how soon the company could get us in especially with the holiday this week. My family slept comfortably in cool air compared to our previous nights in h*!! heat. If you are shopping around for a new hvac, stop looking and go with Drabek. You will be so glad you did.

Ronnie further maintains the 100% perfect reputation of Drabek & Hill. All your technicians are fantastic. This is the 3rd or 4th time with Ronnie. He was FAST, fair, ethical, and very competent. Give him a raise too (and I am again serious :-) ). As well, Jim is a wonderful Exec.

My appointment for winter service on our heating/cooling system was scheduled. The tech showed up on time, did the work quickly and cleanly and left us with a satisfied feeling that our system is go for the season.

This was for an after hours service call Geoffrey was there within an hour. He offered up plenty of advice on keeping my unit cleaned and explained other services the company offered while changing out the capacitor on condenser unit. Great overall experience.I will definitely be calling for future needs.

These guys are great! Called on Thursday, technician was at my office Friday morning. He did the inspection, showed us what needed to be fixed, and did the repairs quickly. He did not try to overcharge or scam us in any way as other A/C repair companies have done to us in the past. Happy with service and will definitely use for any commercial or residential issues I have.

These people are very rude and don't care about fixing anything. Use another company but most of them will try to sell you something before they tell you something is wrong.

Dependable, Trusted, Well-Satisfied. These characteristics come to my mind when I use Drabek & Hill. James replaced all my filters, tested the furnace. He noticed a roof leak and some wet insulation in my attic, He spread a tarp and placed a bucket under the leak in attic (from roof vent pipe/to half bath). I'm so glad he was here today and so thorough to find the leak!!! Great that the temp dropped to into the 50's so attic work was cooler than summer!! Many thanks to James!!! You are AWESOME!!!

I used their plumbing service after 2 toilets got stopped up in my house. After Cory B. was here for over 30 minutes. he said that he could not blow up the clog. He needed to wait until the afternoon to complete the job.

I was disappointed in this outcome and in the fact that he left his work phone at home and did not tell his dispatcher he had done so.

They told me i had to replace the all the ac and furnace and overcharge me for everything and just replace the condenser
