Geoffrey Casey was my technician from Drabek & Hill. This was the first time he has been to service my unit. He was timely, polite and thorough. He was also friendly with my dogs, which I always appreciate. It was a very good service experience, but then I ve never had a bad experience with Drabek & Hill, and I ve been their customer for over ten years.

Corey B has done numerous jobs for me from from installing a new washer box, to re-routing water lines in my attic, and even installed a natural gas line which enabled me to convert my old electric range top to natural gas. Corey takes pride in his work, and strives to please his customers. I will continue to you use your services as long as he is employed by your company.
The service rep, Jeff, came to our home as promised this past Saturday morning. He has been to our home in the past, and has always been exemplary in his professionalism, friendliness and technical knowledge. He quickly determined the problem (a plugged drain pipe running from the unit in the attic which sporadically shut off the compressor). The problem was quickly fixed at a great price. We are very grateful for this kind of service, which is all we have every experienced from Drabek & Hill.
I had problems with my heatpump on a Sunday afternoon, during a winter storm. I called Drabek and they were out at my house in less than an hour! Being the weekend, I was worried the rate would be really high, but the service fee wasn't bad. Michael did a great job explaining what was happening with my system and restored my heat. I'll definitely go with them again in the future.
Mike has been servicing my heating and air-conditioning units for years. He is always careful, professional and very pleasant. He always makes sure the little things that count, such as resetting the thermostat and explaining anything that might be important for me to know about the units. I'm always happy to have him service my units.
Pleasant worker who was a very nice individual, mask worn correctly, pleasant office staff willing to work with me to resolve issues. Did not end up needing the part which was a little high, but factored in labor costs, so I only ended up paying a service call. Nice and prompt service.
I called them because my air conditioner wasn t working and the young man that came out didn t even look at the Freon because he said because my air was was in the wrong place. They said I needed a new air conditioner. I called someone else and they said all I need is Freon. It works to this day on the Freon.
These guys only get get five stars because there isn't a sixth one. Jeff was great! Our AC stopped at about 6:30p on the day it hit over a 100 degrees. They were will able to make it to the house that evening. Jeff fixed the blown capacitor and get us back up and running.
If your still reading this, keep reading it gets better. After he fixed the unit, he was able to show me the invoice on his tablet and process payment immediately. Yeah, it sucks you have to pay an unexpected bill. But, I'd rather take care of it at the time.
If your still reading this, keep reading. It. Gets. Better. In the course of fixing the ac unit, Jeff needed a water hose. I ran to the backyard to get it for him. Bee tee dubs, that's the worse thing you can do when your ac is out. After he left I ran back out to the backyard (If you've read this far, you know my ac is back on. So, it was ok this time), the gate was shut and the hose rolled back up. Props to Jeff! And, props to Drabek and Hill. The sticker with their phone number is on my fridge.
I do not remember how many times Geoffrey C has serviced my equipment but I am always happy when he is the technician sent. He is courteous, friendly and above all very knowledgeable.
December, it was and it was cold even inside. I called Drabek and Hill and they listened to my chattering. Drabek and Hill is very understanding and very professional and the heat is up and running again quite quickly although we live near Stillwater. 20 stars for Drabek and Hill, for sure !

We have relied on Drabek and Hill for a number of years and never been sorry. Our current home has two HVAC systems which they service in the fall and spring for us. Our current tech, Jeff just finished getting us ready for winter. We have always found them to be both fair and reliable, doing their best to do things properly the old fashioned American way. We have been happy to refer friends over the years without a bit of hesitation. These folks actually care!
Technician found low freon and checked for most common causes rather than just sell us freon without checking. We did need freon but he explained why and what was likely to happen in the lifespan of the unit. I appreciated his thorough diagnostics and explanation.
We had a condensation and leak on our church hvac system. I had done some research with several companies prior to the leak, because we were looking for another company to service our units. The prior company went out of business. Drabek was number one of the six companies that l researched. Anyway, they came approximately an hour and forty five minutes than promised. The work was outstanding and the price was right. The guy info was text to me together with his photo, so l know who was coming. He was professional and explained everything to me. The work was neatly done. I will recommend Drabek & Hill to everyone. I am giving them 5 stars .
Drabek & Hill early on a Friday morning after our unit quit cooling. The receptionist got us an appointment for 11 AM the same day. The serviceman, Geoff, was on time, he diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part within an hour and a half. Our house is nice and cool-just in time for Fall!
Fast, affordable and trustworthy. I've relied on Drabek & Hill for the last 4 years to handle any heating/air repairs and I know I can count on them. No upselling nonsense and they explain all possible solutions so you know what the price could be. If you're lucky enough to get Michael as your technician, then you'll understand why we count on this company for our heating & air service repairs.
So glad we went with Drabek & Hill instead of ACS. Initially got a quote from Air Comfort Solutions for $99 visit fee. They diagnosed my heater as needing a control module replacement due to voltage drop between the control module and the gas valve, that was causing the unit to shut off repeatedly. The technician stated when he used a constant voltage source from his truck the unit continued to run as it should. Quoted an additional $781 to replace the control panel. So all in would have cost $880 with ACS if their diagnosis was correct.
Called Drabek & Hill for second opinion. They had not seen the unit but said if it was just control panel replacement it would cost $89 service fee plus $538 for new panel for total of $627 ($253 less than Air Comfort Solutions for same job). Agreed to have Drabek's technician look at the unit. He initially thought it was a control panel issue also, replaced the panel but the unit continued to shut-down. Further investigation revealed wasps/wasp nests accumulated in the flue pipe. He cleaned this out and replaced the pressure switch that was shutting down the unit repeatedly (as it was likelyimpeded by nest material also). He did not have to replace the control module, and the entire bill was $310.03.
I am so glad I got the second opinion. Drabek and Hill sent their Technician out within less than45 minutes of my initial call. They were professional and helpful both on the phone and in person, and had the issue resolved within a few hours.
Ezra came out for our plumbing issue and was very professional and knowledgeable. He braved the hot summer heat and worked from our roof to snake out the clog we had. Will definitely stay a loyal customer!
I have had the pleasure of doing business with Drabek and Hill for over 30 years. The company has installed new heating and air systems for my family as well as provided service for my systems. For several years I have had a "planned service agreement" with Drabek and Hill. This is a great program because my systems are cleaned and tuned before each season. This keeps everything in tip-top shape and prevents breakdowns. The company is well established, having been in business since the early 1960's. The technicians are always friendly, professional, and clean when they work at my home. The office staff is helpful and attentive when I call with a question or concern. They even provide a courtesy call when it is time for my planned service appointment. In a world of "fly by night" contractors it is nice to know there is a company that you can have faith in to give service with honesty and integrity. I trust this company. I would highly recommend Drabek and Hill for all of your heating and air-conditioning needs.
What a great place of business. Michael has been our technician for many years. He serviced our original unit for 17 years and recommended a replacement when a major item failed. They did a great job installing a new and more powerful unit. Today we had one of two free follow up inspections. Michael was right on time and as always professional.

Finally! A company with representatives that recognize customer service and what it means! We had an after hours issue and Alonzo was dispatched to diagnose it. We were kept informed as to when he would arrive, what he would look like, and what his qualifications were via text messages. Alonzo discovered the issue right away and made the necessary calls to get us on the next day's schedule. And guess what?! He even changed the filters while he was there! Professional, courteous, and communicative. Who could ask for more -- and at 11:00 PM at night!! Well done Drabek & Hill!!!
After waiting 30 DAYS for another company, Aces 3, to return and finish the work they started, leaving me without a floor furnace, thru the month of january. D&H was out in two days and in one hour had me up and running. Nothing but good things to say about them!
They are great. Needed them to come out and check what we thought might be a problem. They got to us immediately. No problem our filter was loose causing the noise. Fixed the problem and didnt make us feel dumb. I would recommend and have Drabek and Hill to anyone needing heat and air service.
The guys were Great that came to my house. They checked my heater for 89.oo and i needed a new one. They quoted $4467.00 to replace and install. I found another guy with his own business. $1500. 00 to $2000.00 was his estimate. No cost to check it and just got it replaced under $2000.00 by very friendly & professional ppl from (local. okc) Innovative heat & air......... Sorry Drabek &Hill but you quoted more than TWICE THE PRICE. If you were me what would you do??? It is what it is.
We recently had an old geothermal system leak through the night and onto our wood floor below. Drabek and Hill were able to send a tech immediately when we found the damage the next morning. We ended up having them replace the whole unit. They were great! Very pleasant and respectful of our house. They took great care to protect the carpet while bringing out the old system and carrying in the new one. They even got done quicker than expected. Their geothermal technician is extremely helpful, we re lucky to have found them!

Shortest premium tune up I have every received on a Cooling System. Technician arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment without notification. Asked if I regularly change my filters, took 2-minutes to look at the air handler in the attic and went to to condenser. Came back 2-minutes later indicating it was 1lb short of Freon .... wanted $180 ... R-22 cost $10 / lb for them to buy. Told him I would pass on that price. He hosed off the unit and was finished, never entered the house (assuming that is their policy) and I was $100 lighter.
James arrived on time, was fast, informative, knowledgable, courteous, and respectful. With Covid-19 concerns high, he wore an N95 facemask, stayed more than 6 feet away from me at all times, and emailed me my receipt...ie no contact. Totally satisfied.
We decided to go with this company because other reviewers said they were knowledgeable, fair priced, and worked quickly and kindly . We were so disappointed to not have that experience. They charge a flat rate for someone to come out and tell you what s wrong. Someone came out, off the bat I knew something wasn t right. The gentleman did not introduce himself he came in looked around and about 30 min in told me we needed a new part at about $560. He asked if that was ok. I asked him if that would fix the issue and he said well maybe, unless something else is wrong... . The gentleman left and came back to switch out the part. As he came in and out of the house he was grumbling to himself and seemed angry and frustrated. He never told me what he was doing. About 3 hours later he came inside and said we needed a new thermostat and that randomly the fan on the AC unit just stopped working so we needed a new one... The fan was working 100% before he went outside and did something but then said I did nothing wrong! He then wanted us to pay him even though the AC was not working and more things were broken than when he got to our home and he said he couldn t get the parts until the morning so he could do nothing else that day... we did not pay him as he didn t fix anything! He unhappily told us someone would call us the next day at 8am. 8am came and went and no one called so we called and specifically asked for someone else to come out. The gentleman who came out the 2nd day was miles better! He was kind and explained things as he went. He explained that the fan and other unit were actually under warranty so we ended up paying for labor but not parts... it was still about $700... they don t offer itemized receipts so you just get chunks of money for X and Y but no rate information... we are glad it was fixed and the 2nd gentleman was very good but overall I would take my business elsewhere if I need it again. Very disappointing experience.

Geoffry C came out and diagnosed our AC unit as DEAD. You sent out a sales person to try and get us for $6000+ for a new unit. If they smell you not having any idea what's going on with your unit they will try and get you for your money.
We had a second opinion come out and replace a starter capacitor and recharge the unit and BAM we had air again. $250...
We have always been pleased with the service received from Drabek & Hill. The technician who has done our work the past few times (Alonso) is very pleasant, professional and thorough.
I would like to say that the receptionist Lynn was a pleasure to talk to and great. That being said I called and asked for some quotes on some heat and air as well as plumbing that would need to be financed because it would be a significant sum I was expecting to fix. I explained that I would not pay for a quote because I am financing such a large job. She said okay and went to get information for me to call me back. When she called back the plumber explained there would be an $89 fee and I stopped her right there and said we didn't need to go any further because I already said I would not pay for a quote. Feeling I wasn't fair to the receptionist I called back and explained that if they were going to be greedy and ask for $89 more on a job that was going to cost me between $6-$10k to finance that I didn't and no one needs their service.
Eric made a quick and accurate diagnosis. Once the part came in, he had it to us and installed within hours. Saturday service is especially appreciated! Hard to beat the quality of Drabek & Hill.
Jeff came out within 2 hours of calling on a Friday evening and fixed the fan motor at NO charge because the motor was still under warranty. Now I can sleep better because I have A/C! Excellent service...Thank You, highly recommended Drabek & Hill.
