When Eric shows up at my front door, I feel completely at east about the service that I will receive that day. He is professional, knowledgeable, polite, and focussed. He sincerely tries to do his best every. single. time. Wish all of our services had an "Eric" in their businesses!

I have had to call Drabek & Hill twice to fix other peoples work. Too bad my builder didn't use them for the original install when the house was built. They have suggested a fix to this re-occurring problem which I plan to have them complete soon.

The technician, Eric W., was excellent. He was professional and the quality of work was good. My issue is with the pricing of service and parts. I was quoted a price of $1050. After speaking with my husband, he said the price seemed extremely high. I asked for a price breakdown and was told by Tom that the part would cost $571 and the labor, which is billed by the job, would make up the remaining balance. The morning of the scheduled repair I was contacted by the company and told they were able to get the part for $200 less so my charge would be $850. After the repair was completed, I was told my final cost was $979. I asked why wasn t it $850 and I was told the service call of $129 was added on to the cost of the job. Bottom line is, I later found that I could have purchased the part for $280 and it took the technician less than an hour to install it. My total cost from Drabek and Hill was $979, this was after they told me they dropped the price by $200.

We have always used D&H for our HVAC needs- maintenance and repairs.
Mr. Drebek- Jim and Ezra are amazing.
I had a water line break on 4th of July, while taking care of a sick 85yr old elderly father. Jim took my call on the 4th and continued to contact me throughout the weekend, to assure me he was going to send some help my way!
By Monday 12 noon I was up and running for less than $700. I cannot thank you enough. I can imagine how busy you are and a want you to know personally how much they are appreciated by my father and I.

My ac went out. I made a phone call and the same day Drabeck and Hill had a service technician available to fix my unit. These are trustworthy people who wont scam you into buying parts or services you don't need. This is the only company in this field worth calling in Okc.

Air conditioning system repairs never come at a good time - but, it really makes a difference when you have a 30+ year history using a company that has the reputation of integrity that Drabek & Hill does! We have been customers through four different homes, in that time, and have always received great service. Eric W. is an excellent technician - very quick to diagnose the problem and correct it. He has a great personality and represents his company very well!

Just had my central air conditioner serviced and the service tech did an outstanding job. He repaired a couple of wires and replaced 3 filters. I m glad I purchased products from Drabek & Hill and rely o their service.

They are always prompt, friendly and professional. They explain what needs done and what they did.

Our pipes burst and they were able to get someone out there within 2 hours, during the major snow storm. Ronnie was great, nice, professional, and completely replaced or shattered pipe. I will definitely use them again.

Always excellent service and response times. Always there when we need them, which sometimes is after hours, weekends or holidays. We had a new American Standard HVAC system installed in 2018. It has cut our overall energy bills by 1/3. Great product, outstanding technicians and excellent customer service. There are many good HVAC companies in the Metro, but we have found Drabek & Hill to be the gold standard. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for an HVAC system, or plumbing issues.

Dependable, professional, on time. You can count on them to get the job done.

From inception to finish, the process of diagnosing and resolving our issues with our A/C unit was only above average. However, we did receive a few error messages on our thermostat once the work was finished, which left us a little disturbed and disappointed. After we brought these issues to the attention of another technician, he then sent yet another technician out to cross-check every component to reassure us everything was working properly.

Unfortunately, it took 3 other expert technicians to fully resolve any loose ends within the process. After the last expert technician came by, he determined that the two other technicians had inadvertently pinched wires in our newly replaced motherboard. Thankfully, Drabek & Hill didn't charge us for something that was to no fault of our own.

After three months of having our A/C fixed, we received the same error message again when we turned our heat on for the first time this year. When we initially scheduled a diagnosis the service charge was $75, yet when they dropped-by to check on the same error message 3 months later, the service charge increased to $89. While their customer service and operation is professional, I'm not sure I would trust them to service my units in the future because of the unintentional oversight.

3/1/20 Update: Same error message continues to show on our thermostat. After multiple visits and multiple charges to supposedly fix our "issue", nothing was done. This was a complete waste of my time and hard-earned money. Rating changed to 1-star.

Have used other before Drabek and Hill but none are equal to the professional, prompt and quality service we have received. "Often imitated but never duplicated."

I know nothing about a high-efficiency furnaces and the technician (James M) could have told me the Flux Capacitor was bad and it cost $200 to fix it and I wouldn t have known otherwise but he told me what the problem was, a very simple fix, and was in and out in under 20 minutes and that included testing the system. Quality service with a very polite and personable technician. I will definitely use Drabek & Hill going forward.

I booked an appointment Tuesday for Friday from 3 to 5. I took the afternoon from work to be home at the arranged time. I received a call at 5:20 indicating they would be late, no apology, take it or leave it attitude.

The technician showed up at 6pm and I told them I was not pleased with the fact that they have not even issues an apology.

The technician's response was: "OK Sir, then have a good day". Turned his back and drove away.

Thank you Drabek and Hill for leaving me hanging all weekend with my AC out of commission.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. These guys are not worth your time.

UPDATE: Dear Megan, it seems your technician faced the incredible HULK upon arrival to my residence, I will look into this. For the future though, when your technicians lie to you, just give your customers a call.

Worst plumbing experience ever. Robert came to my house to repair a tankless water heater and I showed him where it was leaking. He insisted on ordering a part to replace before checking to see if the current part was broken. I told him I thought it was a leaking o-ring. He insisted that those never leak. He said to expect to be without water for a week. I then had a second plumber come over. They replaced the o-ring in about 40 minutes and I had hot water again!

Don't use drabek for plumbing...

Alonzo was by far the best service specialist I ve ever had come to my home. He was courteous and professional and diagnosed the problem correctly. Drabek and Hill have earned a lifelong customer.

I used the 24/7 online booking tool late in the evening and was contacted at 7:30 AM the next morning. I was not only able to get a same-day appointment, but their schedule was such that someone could come out right away. Although he wound up chasing the water heater problem part-by-part, the plumber was very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I would certainly contact Drabek & Hill / Mr. Comfort again.

Ronnie has been put twice in the past couple months. Replaced a hot water tank and to work on wax rings on toilets. Appointments take hours not days and always on time and do a great job. Won't ever call anyone else.

Jeff came out and very knowledgeable. Took care of the a/c problem and replaced circuit board. Running better than has been in a while

Our upstairs was over 90 degrees and unbearable. I called Drabek long after hours and they were here within 20 minutes. I am so grateful that they work round the clock to keep people comfortable. We are seniors. I don't think we would have made it through the night if they had not come.

Had no heat. Called Drabek & Hill. Eric arrived within an hour later and found the problem right away. The parts supply place was closed for the holiday but opened up for a fee. Eric picked up the part and got it installed very quickly. Problem solved. Super good service on New Years eve. Nice guy. Was a real tech with proper diagnostic skills. Glad Drabek sent him. Michael from Drabek & Hill perform the heating maintenance on my unit today. He was on time, responsive and does good work. He lets me know if I need to change the air filter more often. He's a professional.

Jim worked his magic to get me moved up in the schedule two days early for me to stop constantly shutting the water off to the house when not in use. Cory was an outstanding technician. The good news was I didn t break the shower manifold all it needed was the cartridge replaced. I will be using them again for the variety of services they offer. Great job team!

We hired Drabek and Hill to replace our 1977 HVAC and couldn't be more happy. Their reputation speaks for themselves and our family has used them in the past. They did everything as advertised and you could tell they were proud of their work with their upbeat and friendly attitude and the way they showed us their completed work. Our new HVAC system works beautifully. Could I have spent less money elsewhere? I probably could have but I thought the price we paid was more than worth our return. We got a fantastic high quality product installed by the highest competent technicians with absolutely no shortcuts.

We also called them to come out to replace our hot water tank when ours from 1984 finally bit the dust. Their sister company, Mr Comfort, came out within half an hour of my call and set us up with a fantastic new tank.

My experience with Drabek and Hill has been outstanding and I will continue to be my only call for anything I need. No wonder they've been around since 1961 and they're still going strong. I recommend them over and over again.

The technician, Greg, is very professional, efficient, and competent. He serviced my unit last fall and I was glad he was the tech this spring. I will definitely use Drabek and Hill AC again in the future.

Eric arrived on time to evaluate why our gas spa heater was not heating. I had turned off all power to the heater, the pump, and pool lights. I drained the spa to protect the PVC pipes. He started by inspecting the heater for leaves that blew in during the winter. He powered up the system and traced numerous wires from one piece of equipment to the other. He examined the contact points of the wires and in a few cases removed the wires mounting to confirm there was no corrosion. He tested that the lines had the proper current and that the remote controller was communicating properly with the other equipment. Although no specific piece of equipment failure was found, with exception of an on-off switch...stuck in on position, the heater started up and cycled through its settings. After bring up our 500 gallon spa up to temperature, my wife and I decided to have a pre-Valentine dip. I certainly felt that Eric is the sort of H&A technician that can diagnose even gas spa heaters.

Michael has serviced my unit ever since he started working for Mr. Comfort. He always does a very thorough job of going through the unit, etc. He has a great personality and I always enjoy visiting with him.

Alonzo was prompt, explained procedures and provided me the opportunity to ask questions. Drabek and Hill have been my choice for many years.

Replaced a broken outside faucet. Esra was Great! He went the extra mile to fix our faucet. He was timely with his repairs & friendly.
