Lots of paper work and red tape. Employees not wearing masks as people are coming in to get COVID-19 test. Employees don't want to work at all. Systems not working. Their systems use wifi device not proper internet connection. Nurses are on their phones instead of helping. Government should shut down this operation.

No response on Phone, no one attends phone call at Reception or Admin, Worst experience.

I had a very bad experience on 27 July at Ayesha manzil branch which is under renovation near fidai, untrained staff and he was taking blood samples without wearing gloves and in very unhygienic way,even he was wiping the blood spreaded on the floor with bare hands only with the help of cotton.after this incident when I went to collect the report with the same Ayesha manzil branch the computer operator handed over my previous 2 months report.i am not satisfied by the services.if you want to keep the trust of people then take some serious action.thank you

they charge way too much even after the 20% discount on cards. The nearby NIBD lab in Imam Clinic is at least 10 to 30 percent cheaper than this one even after applying discounts.

Very very bad pathetic ghatya service itna wait karwate hain k bus .... band kar dain apni is ghatya phone service ko non professions attirude .....

They need to tell their staff that they are hired for helping the patients and not for their chit chats. Some of their staff members are so unprofessional. They need to train them a lot. Their staff treats a patient like a customer which itself is a severe damage to the organisation.

Dr essa laboratory is very reasonable price and the reports are on time the staff is very cooperative and organised the building is very neat and clean they keep it maintain. The environment is very calm and peaceful. There are other labortories in this area but we prefer Dr essa labortory because almost every test is available here and the testing process doesn't take much time either.

Dr. Essa's Laboratory and Diagnostic Center is one of the well know Labs in Karachi which is providing the services at affordable prices and the results can be trusted. The testing is really good and can be compared to the other Labs.
It's not only a Lab but it's a diagnostic center where you can find good consultants too. In the physiotherapy you can find good deals/ packages for 10 days and even for a month on discounted rates as well as flexible timings as per your need. Similar is the case with other departments too.
Dr. Essa's Laboratory is providing quality service at very affordable rates to the people of Karachi and almost all the tests are done here (except a few which needs more technicalities like Angiography).

Bad experience at five star chawrangi br. I came for report collection they took me on hold for 1 hours and said 20 more mins are required and nobody informed me about wait and how long it will take to receive the report. Actually they don't get the report on system and my collection time was one day before at 11 PM.

Doctors pay huge commissions and receive higher fees from patients.
The service is relatively reasonable. Open 24 hours.

Very unprofessional as the phone number they advertised for their labs are useless to call they rarely picked up their phone , I don't know how they run the business because no customer service available when you need them most. Dr Essa Lab suggestion for you please improve your customer service more accessible to your clients and if you don't have enough staff please employ some people who can attend your phone .What is the point you advertised that you are 24 hours service provider but in reality you are not.

Nice and clean facility. Online report available. A bit expensive but reliable and offers discounts on card payment of different banks.

They pay 30% kickback to the doctors for sending the patient to their labs.

May not be the best lab around but a good one. The best part is it's open for 24 hours which makes it very convenient for the patients to give samples. Charges are very economical too.

The worst lab and their reports are not authentic as well. Don't know what kind of staff they are hiring as they are very unprofessional. Worst experience ever for their ultrasound. Would not recommend to anyone.
