Worst place to visit. The staff are so unfriendly and treat everyone like they are about to commit a crime. BEWARE of thier lounge, if paying with a card, make sure to keep your receipt because the bartenders will over charge or and more tip to your final bill.
When trying to contact any managers you are given the round around. My advise skip out on this place. It's a waste of time and not wroth your hard earn money. Plus the neighbor is very bad and there are many homeless poeple walking around.

It's in the middle of the city and has that vibe. No table games (except automated roulette & bj), good amount of homeless people asking you for money, some staff are very friendly, others are rude morons. It's also really really dark, like as seedy arcade.

We are regulars here and the service has gone down hill drastically in the last few years. Food court food is usually out of date on their desserts and service is spotty at best. The crown room did a bait and switch on their Valentine's day menu and it was horrible. The food advertised was not what we were brought and it was not up to par. The valet parking is a joke. We waited for upwards of 15 minutes just to get someone to park the car. The 2 people on staff were way out in the lot and security department had no way to contact them. They need walkie talkies or a better idea of what their job is and how to do it. The first turn lounge is a good place to get a beer if they wait on you. Regulars here for 5 plus years and I have to say that they need to get their act together and clean house of the dead weight.

Had my purse stolen and when we went to go have a night out at the Down's to blow off some steam I was denied entrance because I had a papers ID....

The food is very good good atmosphere good environment

Be careful using your credit card in the bar....they charge you twice Thinking you don't pay attention to your bill....this has happened to me twice and I have friends who have also told me it's happened to them....the bartenders are hooking up there favorites free drinks on your tab......use cash only....

Not a great place for anyone, but I tend to choose places that are uncomfortable. Haha!

Love to go dancing at the First Turn Lounge. The Bands are Great. It would be nice to dance to Sangre Joven or 45 ..Changing up the Band's monthly would be Awesome would draw even more of a crowd...

Average Casino atmosphere. No live tables. Payout machine broke and kept our winnings. Luckily the staff followed procedure and was able to help us get it.

First turn lounge is very nice... The manager (Jennifer) is one of sweetest people you will ever meet... Brian and Eric are great bartenders..

I love the casino however they let too many sketchy people in there who just walk around asking for cigs and cashing out tickets that don't belong to thorn. Manyof the people who go there make me uncomfortable. I don't go there as often as I used to.

The casino buffet is awful they have lazy staff that does nothing at all won't even make more food for the afternoon.They have breakfast leftovers and make you pay around 13 dollars per person even if there is nothing to eat.Staff will you give you attitude like the Patricia that was working around 3 pm today.And her no good supervisor that decided not to make anymore food.All of the food is garbage over there.I want them fired from that place they do no good to their business.Lazy a** people that f***ing give you attitude while I was there I also heard people say we paid this much for this trash there's barley anything here.What type of place has this type of service it's horrible I would fire anyone if they treated the customers like this.Warning to everyone don't eat in this dump.Won't even give you your money back I would put a law suit on them.

I have been to the Crown room restaurant a few times . This time I was disappointed. The restaurant has great decor with nice seating low lighting and romantic setting. The food use to be delicious and very flavorful . This time it was bland and unappealing the only good part of the food was the dessert. The reason for 3 stars was the decor and dessert, the rest gets 1 star. We ordered 1st the Duck chili relleno and the ravioli , then we ordered the Bison , then Cherries jubilee and Bananas forsters . We will not be going back!!!

Very small. At this time of the year you will get stuck in their state fair traffic.

Live racing parking is a joke! They need real parking lot attendants not rent a cops on one to intimidate people. I literally took my money n left because of the disrespect. Fyl

Albuquerque's in town casino and racing track. Flea market on the weekends and lots of events at the Expo Center

Arby's is always good as long as they always keep roasting the beef

For the most part it's a friendly environment. But don't leave personal belongings in the car. Not the best part of town.

Do not lock your bicycle near this place. I went to the Halloween party in 2018 and locked my bicycle to a light pole near the entrance because they didn't have a bike rack. I came out and my bike was gone. Security cut my lock and told me bicycles were not allowed on the property. That's was after I caught them lying to me because they said that someone stole it. I knew they lied because my lock is a 150 dollar TIGR Lock and you have to have serious equipment to cut it and nobody's going to walk around with a giant pair of bow cutters. I got my bike back and sued the casino.

Payouts not so great. But if u wanna waste time and got some spend that's the place.

We went there for the first time and took 100 bucks in and played for 3 and a half hours and walked out with our 100 bucks and we had lots of fun and just broke even but we didn't have trouble finding each other because it isn't as big as the other two major casinos well worth your time to check it out A+ in my book

It's alright if you're going to have fun don't expect to win

I love that it's so convenieniently located on route 66 and quite the variety of people to mingle with as well as great payouts for low betting on slot machines !

Small casino with a lot of bums just hanging out trying to get your money. On the bright side the downs has great free play and some loose slots

The winning was good but the crowd there was rough! Drug deals. Tweakers all over. I got offered dope which finally made me leave. Security was thick as was cops so at least that was good.

Second favorite of all the casinos in the Abq. Area

It was awesome until that trick robber VAL effed up my winning zone. Eff you VAL!!!
