We are regulars here and the service has gone down hill drastically in the last few years. Food court food is usually out of date on their desserts and service is spotty at best. The crown room did a bait and switch on their Valentine's day menu and it was horrible. The food advertised was not what we were brought and it was not up to par. The valet parking is a joke. We waited for upwards of 15 minutes just to get someone to park the car. The 2 people on staff were way out in the lot and security department had no way to contact them. They need walkie talkies or a better idea of what their job is and how to do it. The first turn lounge is a good place to get a beer if they wait on you. Regulars here for 5 plus years and I have to say that they need to get their act together and clean house of the dead weight.
