This is the thing people like to play and done mind giving money to play for a while but how your machine are set it not right you might look to Delta downs they know how to do it right you can play for 3 hrs or more then lose or win some. The point you have a good time. Machine should not ever burn thru a 20 and not even give no Moreno wins or two of 60 cents and eat the $20. Come on are y'all that desperate.... You want people to come back don't you ... You are 971 miles from me came to have good time like we do at Delta was not happy.... ? Will I be back not likely unless you change .... Good luck ...

Food is great and affordable. Place is always clean. There's not an area for no smoking in the casino area. They have drawings every 2 hrs on weekdays.

The casino is a small buliding and can be very cigarette smoky at times and there are no exhaust fans in a state-of-the-art building for a small casino... and security is very rude at times im in my 40s and still get carded by them... the owners of the ATMs charge almost $5 to get money out and whatever your bank charges and the restrooms are dusgusting full of cigarette burns and graffiti and are always dirty and went in to get some tissue in the big bathroom in the front next to the players club it was dirty and smelled like stinky feet and the players club is just like the indian casinos they give you free play based on how much money you put in the machines and if you dont play all the time you dont get nothing at all but what points you accumulate it could be a $1 or more or less....cuz you get 1 point for every dollar you sepnd

Casino at the Downs is for street people that can't find a place to go and they can't keep the slot machine fixed always broken down and the service lights not working and they shut down some slot machine an hour from closing day it is not paying out

I like playing here but there are a lot of homeless drug addicts that hang out and literally play a penny at a time!

All that place does is take your money you may see ten people do good though out the night but it really can take you Down as in the Name says The Down where every body is a loser.

Small casino with rude security. Can't get your own drinks and no amenities. Only thing I ever go for is to play the virtual roulette table.

Horse racing are the best! The food bar inside the casino is good great price!

It is in the middle of the city. Lots of people wandering around in the casino asking for money or cigarettes or looking for change left in slot machines.

There is not very good service here it is not like in the other casinos that someone always passes offering something to drink

I asked a gentleman to please blow his cigarette smoke in a different direction. He went crying to the manger whom came over to us if there was a problem told him what happened I was shocked to see that he sided with low life that doesn't have common respect. I spend hundreds at that casino but not anymore. You can have all the drunks and addicts that hang out there

Don't get me wrong I frequent this place more then Sandia and Isleta. However, most of the security staff are on sever power trips. I count literally two security staff members that are above and beyond and never hassled me. I get free play every month and so when I spend my hard earned money here and say for instance when my ex and I got in an argument I went out to the parking lot and my BMW and him were gone. Thinking the worst that he was possibly hurt or I got carjacked l I was needing to charge my phone and get ahold of him. That simple courtesy was declined and the only solution they could give me was calling 911 to report my car stolen. I didn't want to do that cause I didn't want my ex to go to jail and with no way to call him cause he always answers so this non-solution was unacceptable. I was quite displeased and made a complaint which to my surprise never had follow through. The one good thing is I do win here quite often

Too much cigarette smoke, no circulation! Not so friendly people working the front podium. They did not greet us when we entered the casino. Our very first time so I was disappointed. Smile and greet your customers, it makes a HUGE difference! Happy New Year

The Downs may be a small casino but they have so many drawings you are going to leave happy.

This place sucks! I've never seen someone come out of there a winner, plus all the weirdos that stare u down, no good!

The lounge is a spacious and comfortable setting. The food is very tasty. Plenty of tv screens aground the seating areas. You can step outside to the spacious patio as well. Music on Friday and Saturday! The casino is smaller than all the others aground Albuquerque but is conveniently situated in the City.. It's easy to access and plenty of parking. Vallet available. Have fun lounging and luck be on your side if you play!!

It's a decent casino for its size, loose slots for sure, but if you're looking for live table action or Sports ..you will be disappointed...I enjoy betting on horses races!

Suck same thing with the security here giving people hard time that dont cause trouble but then thee ones up on there that do get way

Itwas an uncomfortable experience, there is a lot of people from the streets inside. I saw a couple syringes just getting down from the car. Theres no ventilation so i came out smelling like a cigarette. The buttons on the machines don't work. I expected a better experience since they just remodeled this place

The lounge here had a great band and the best bartenders!

I enjoy playing. The machines have good plays. I rather play in town then having to waste gas just to play 20$ and lose.

The race track is the best bar and you can win money betting horses all year around.
