Bad behavioural kids , rude and unprofessional staff. Absolutley lacking organization and major bullying issues that are not being resolved by these so called teachers. Kidz Kroner daycare is runned by a shark and aggressive supervisor by the name of sheldon. If you want to speak up about your kids well being he goes on the attack. The teachers sit around chit chatting and yelling at the children. Absolutely HORRIBLE
I wish I could give this place zero stars, worst decision of my life sending my 2 kids to this place. Please stay far away!! Staff don't seem to be competent at their job, and the management is even worse. Spoke to Mannie on the phone and received horrible treatment, blew me off as if my 2 kids didn't matter. Whenever I speak to any management from this place, I feel bullied! This isn't high school people! Upper management (Sheldon) needs to get this place in order as I can only believe he is the worst out of all of them.
A place where all children are welcome. Nurturing, educational and fun staff make us feel like family. Thank you
I must say, this is definitely a good place to bring your little ones as an after school program. I was picking up my nephew and I met the most considerate, well mannered young gentleman there. He introduced himself as Shemar. He definitely deserved my commendation for his prestige services, made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my nephew there (even though I don t come often, the father does)

Every year I try calling this location for help and I have never succeeded, they always give me the run around, the staffs are not pleasant and they seem racist to me. When I call one staff say call after Thanksgiving, the other one say " oh miss-communication" really? Keep
Very organized. Well-managed and run. The kids did their summer day camp and had a blast.
In our family's experience (multiple registrations, summer camps, lifeguard lessons, etc), Dovercourt Boys & Girls Club is very disorganized, has poor communication & lacks a customer focus.
In one summer camp incident, I was unsure of my 8-year old's safety there, as Dovercourt was unable to confirm if he was in the building or not. It took my 12-year old to call me at lunch hour and advise that the younger one had been crying all morning, lost in a Dovercourt camp he was not signed up for. I certainly hesitate to send young kids farther afield with Dovercourt on camp day trips to Canada's Wonderland, etc.
For a much better experience, I'd strongly suggest you instead go to the St. Alban's Boys & Girls Club, to the West-End YMCA, or elsewhere.
I was a kid in the 1960 to 197o. Great memories. I loved it. And proud it still exists.
My son has been going to the club for 2 years for the after school program and summer camp. The staff are very friendly and organized, they always let me know if my son is not listening and they always ensure that their homework is done.... I advise them that my son needs to have his homework and they are there to assist with his homework....
Best daycare anywhere! The warmest staff you'll ever find, feels so much like a little family. Our daughter loves it. Highly recommend.
