Today I went to the store in Goes.
Show photo of the perfume I wanted.
Also said that I really wanted perfume and not an eau de toilette.
Then you stand at the cash register and give your money, and only then it is said oh it is still eau de toilette, but well there is no other this is the line.
I finally took it anyway, because I felt too burdened to say no. Checked online but there is certainly a perfume line of dkny stories.
Very bad this! I will certainly not come back here either.

The only downside is that I came in once, a few months ago, to ask if I could take 2 small samples for my father (He would like to try it on his skin first and since he is not a human to shop in the city, I do that for him). Now they can make a sample, that was my question too, with a little odor in the tube (enough to just put it on the skin).
Unfortunately, the employee was very firm and was able to get rid of 1 tube with pain and effort, in addition she started the discussion with me and I had to be happy with the service she gave me, by filling in a grumpy 1 tube. What I find very special, since you still want to promote your scents through the testers of the brands in the store ... I also have not seen this lady when after a few weeks I stepped back into the store, because I branch wanted to give it another chance, after that bad experience with her. Fortunately, the team did not disappoint me, the subsequent visits and purchases and I do my purchases with great pleasure again at the branch.
