Check in was smooth, very helpful and prompt staff. Room was clean tho cool. The heat appears to be slow or not working at full capacity. Conference rooms are nice, and catered food is good and varied. Service staff has been excellent.

Always a consistently great experience. Have stayed here many times. Awesome pools, great staff and dog friendly. Enjoy bringing the dogs, relaxing on the balcony and taking in the pool views. One of the better Doubletree room service menus I've found. I know we will always enjoy our stay. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious. The rooms are not the most modern in the Hilton family, but with two pools, lawns for the dogs, and great wines, this desert oasis never disappoints.

Rooms are spacious. Room service is of the highest quality for both food and service ( only wish they stayed open later ).

Beautiful resort. Very clean. A bit tricky to navigate as so much of it is similar.

Accommodations were okay, nothing special. Resort is really spread out.

The Double Tree Resort Paradise Valley - Scottsdale is an amazing hotel. I wouldn't even call it a hotel I would call it a resort. My family and I had such a wonderful stay. The staff is so friendly and always helpful, especially Kevin, the bartender at the Azure Pool Bar. He was AWESOME! The rooms were clean, room service was prompt. And the resort itself was just so fun. They have 2 pools, 2 pool bars, a bar inside too! The pools were clean, fun and open until 12AM. There is a putting green, a cactus garden, hammocks, tables and chairs everywhere to relax at. I would 110% recommend this place to anyone, even people with kiddos. I will be coming back for sure!

Simply an amazing team of people working with this hotel! I hosted an event there, and everyone was absolutely fantastic. Communication was second to none, and they truly know how to care for their guests. If you're planning a business event, conference, seminar, or anything that involves a group...hands-down, there is nobody better!!

Love how the rooms feels separated from the others. Almost like a private living space. U dont hear ur neighbor next door. I most deff stay again one day.

Our symposium was held there. Nice rooms but so NOT worth it! Bottle of water -$5! The buffet they served us the Fri and Sat at the cost of $89 EACH NIGHT, was terrible! Way over priced! Small glass of house wine $11.. will not be back

For individual stays it is a nice resort for liesurely stays.

We attended a conference there and it is ill-equipped to handle large groups!!! The parking is spread around a sprawling complex, few spaces near the activities, the restaurant is vastly undersized to accommodate large groups as well as very pricey!!! The main conference room is mostly accessable by stairs and served by only one small elevator. Entering and exiting is slow when elderly and handicapped try to use the stairs because the line for the elevator is huge and very slow!!! A major overhaul of the facility is needed if they host conventions or conferences, parking, eating, and more and elevators!

Awesome gift shop, the manager inside the shop is absolutely amazing.

Not here long enough to use the amenities but rooms are very nice, classic Hilton comfortable. All rooms have outside doorways but you can get to any of them staying under cover which is helpful during the occasional monsoon downpour. Breakfast is good although unlike some other Hilton properties there is a small upcharge for custom egg orders

Rooms need a little update. Bar was ok with only one person working.

This Hotel makes a hostel look better,
Is very outdated smelt like the geriatric Ward at the VA. Next time I book a resort I will think twice. Not worth $359 per night....

I just stayed here for a business conference. The place is beautiful and very clean. The staff were all a pleasure to deal with. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

This is my 4th stay. My service is hit or miss. I use Hilton alot and maintained diamond level for years, which men's nothing. I got a great room once... This last visit was terrible. Barking dogs and a room with a tree in my balcony? A short 3 night stay, so no need to switch, but really...this is how you treat a loyalty member when occupancy is 20%???

Clean place, a bit dated, but all in all good service

I have been staying here for 2 weeks during monsoon season for the last 7 years as I use it as a base for my 2 weeks storm chasing. This place NEVER disappoints. Great rooms, great service and staff and great location. I can't speak highly enough of this place. I will be heading there again for my annual trip and can't wait.

Family staycation was great! Rooms were very accommodating for our needs and the mini fridge worked well. Had a small issue with our morning meal but was fixed immediately. Great and friendly staff(even though limited because of Covid). Pool was great for all the grandkids! We will be back!

I m allergic to feathers so I called ahead of time to ensure I get feather free. When I checked into the room, it wasn t. I had to call. Also, as diamond rewards, the front desk would only give me up to 1 pm. I messaged the hotel from the app and they gave me 2 pm that I requested.

Otherwise, property is good. Overall, Hilton brand is pretty consistent. I just wish they make feather free request more seamless of a process for people with feather allergies like me.

Beautiful hotel that hosted a 1500 attended conference. The hotel staff went above and beyond in refrigerating my Edible Arrangement even though I hadn't gotten a room. The grounds were expansive and the conference room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and inviting. I'm always happy when the Marian Conference is hosted here!

As a makeup artist in the industry of Hollywood and AZ and Vegas. I am always traveling and staying in different hotels . I recently purchased a home and the company messed up on mattess.delivery for my mother's room ,she's 85. So I was so devasted on what I was going to do where she would sleep. I went to doubletree. And met Jessica. Whom I will say is amazing I have never seen anyone care so much and go above and beyond. Everyone in the hotel made my mother so happy . They were so nice . This place is superb. Fabulous. And I'm very picky. This is a hotel that everyone looking for a place .should stay. Class and perfection. And they truly care . Clean rooms. Great service. Thank you Jessica and your team

A nice resort hotel in the Scottsdale/PV area. The pools are nice, with plenty of chairs, rental cabanas, plenty of towels and ice water available throughout.

Went to a organized convention using the meeting rooms and set time at the bar.

Great central location to Scotsdale. Food, shopping, and nightlife is short walk away. Nice pools and gym.

A very nice large hotel. They have 2 pools. One of the pools has a bar just outside of the pool area. Hammocks in some of the green spaces to hang out in. The front desk staff was very polite and they also have free cookies. I would stay here again.

Great service by the hotel staff at all times of the day. The grounds are beautiful and there are a ton of different things to experience throughout the resort. Scenic views and shopping in the are can't be beat also!

This review is for Beyond Massage Therapy - Tod Miller who is affiliated with the Scottsdale DoubleTree Spa.
I purchased a GroupOn for a couples massage several months ago. I contacted Tod Miller (Owner of Beyond Massage Therapy) to schedule. He mentioned that the GroupOn does not include gratuities and he collects that upfront. I didn t think twice since he is affiliated with DoulbeTree. All seemed well. He charged my credit card and scheduled the massage. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to a sickness. I have since contacted him many times to attempt to reschedule. He ignores all of my calls, voicemails, and texts. After closer inspection, I discovered he already redeemed my GroupOn. In other words, he has collected the gratuities and Groupon payment without providing a service. What a great business model. Take clients money up front and then ignore them completely. I m working with my credit card fraud department (to dispute the gratuity charges) and GroupOn to refund my money.

The event took part in a meeting room. It was spacious and had great sound system. The event was a great success.

Beautiful Landscape! The hot tub wasn't working, which why a 4. The staff were accommodating.

The hotel was extremely neat and clean, with a beautiful atmosphere. The interior was cold, however I didnt mind due to the heat outside.
