Attended a professional event at the Double Tree. Great ballroom for the event. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful checking in multiple rooms. Rooms are a little dated, but fine for business purposes.

As a Diamond member that always stays at a Hilton, I've had the worst experience here. I will never be back. The A/C isn't working, the phone to call down to ask about the A/C isn't working, the direct phone isn't working and the Diamond Desk can't even get in touch with the hotel. Stay anywhere else!

For a hotel bar this place was really good. Decent beer selection and suprisingly good food. The bartenders were attentive and we'll groomed. I'll definitely stay at this Doubletree again. The biggest surprise were the brussel sprouts, I highly recommend them.

Service was ok, rooms were good. Being right next to the highway was a little noisy. It was disappointing it was raining so we where unable to use the pool and the TV went out due to the storm. Overall good stay.

I visited this hotel on Tuesday October 7, 2014 for a conference. Before I got to the room the bellman warned me that there was a terrible noise from the AC, but he had already requested that maintenance come up. There was an overwhelming odor in the room, which was explained away as new paint. Maintenance looked at the AC, but I guess he was unable to repair. The light bulb was missing from the bedside lamp. I was quickly moved to a new room. The bellman came up and escorted me to the other room and everything.
The conference was on Wednesday. I removed my bags from the room at around 10:50 AM. After checking two bags at the front desk at around 11 AM, I received claim tickets for each bag and I returned to the conference. At approximately 2 PM, I returned to the front desk with both tickets to claim the luggage. There was only one bag. What is the point of tagging the luggage and giving claim tickets if you are still going to carelessly give customers the wrong bag, someone else's luggage? I was told 3 different lies about the location of my luggage. There were too many bags to be moved to get to my bag, to which I replied, "Take me to the room, I will find my own luggage". This led to the next lie, the key is broken for the room, and we have to call an engineer to open the door". Once the assistant GM comes into the conversation the key magically appears. Once the door is opened, to my complete astonishment, not only is my bag not there, the room is empty except for a few cleaning supplies and an old oxygen tank. They allowed me to enter a space behind the front desk where my luggage had initially been placed. It was completely empty. Needless to say they never did produce this room that was so filled with luggage, that it made it impossible to find my bag. They spent about an hour reviewing camera footage and finally admitted that my bag may have been given to a woman who caught a shuttle to the airport, then it was a guy carrying a bag of golf clubs. They were hoping that the person would call stating they have my bag. After leaving the hotel, I received a call from the customer service manager, asking "what is your occupation". What in the world does that have to do with anything? Whys is that any of their business? They were basically accusing me of lying about the jewelry listed and described by me as being among the missing items in my bag or they were trying to figure out how I could afford the jewelry in my bag. This is unacceptable and I will not allow it to be swept under a rug. Fortunately, someone called saying that they have a bag that does not belong to them. Now I can only wait to see if my valuables, such as my gold HS class of 1995 ring and other diamond jewelry are still in the bag. Now neither the general manager or the assistant general manager will return any of my calls. However, the person in charge of the conference called and was able to immediately speak to the assistant general manager. This is the same guy that I have tried to contact several times, have left several voice mails, and sent an email requesting a return call.

Disappointed with the room. Its supposed to wheelchair accessible and my friend could not access half the room. He couldn't even go on the balcony. He had to sleep in a small corner in his chair because the extra roll away bed never came. The Manager was very professional unfortunately the company wouldn't allow a refund even though we left at 1230 am because of the terrible experiences. I would stay away

Be very careful if you decide to book. If you change or cancel your reservation they will charge you anyway and customer service is definitely customer "no service" don't care attitude.

Follow up: Our teams stayed at the hotel for 2 night stay minimum and the group had about 25 rooms. Our coach had a paid 2 night stay and a 1 night cancellation fee of nearly $200 (obviously at the premium rate). I would not say this is not "hospitality" when you such size group and the focus is still on the dimes and not the dollars or customer service.

The hotel was sufficient but it was under remodel when we were there so that was probably the problem. Beds comfortable the room was very clean. Well lit parking and security doors. Just the extra noise was bothersome.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, updated, friendly staff. Free parking, as well as in the parking garage but there's no elevator in the garage if you have luggage with you, or if you are in a wheel chair, on crutches, etc... Drop luggage off first with the curbside concierge, Then park. There's a great sports bar right there as well as Restaurant. The sports bar has an excellent dinner menu, beer selection, and a very well stocked bar. The restaurant wasn't open when I was there so I can't say much about it. It looked really nice though and had an Italian name, so I "assume" it's an "Italian" restaurant. I left very early in the morning to catch a an early flight, so I don't know if it is open for breakfast.

The food was barely edible, the service nonexistent in the restaurant. All the soda machines were empty. The room was clean enough, the bed almost comfortable. The thermostat must have had a 10 degree swing. At one point so cold you had to use a comforter, then when it shut off it would get so hot you had to open the window. Sleep was pretty much impossible.

Separate parking garage with no elevator and staff doesn't mention special parking arrangements. No refrigerator in room or microwave. Clothing drawer had ragged edge. Trash on floor from previous guest. Frequent crowded check in area.... no porters, no luggage carts. Very noisy lounge off lobby.
Stay somewhere else, not worth the hefty price.

The worst Hilton branded hotel I've not had the pleasure to stay at, old and outdated. Front desk staff is spot on but the management is just as bad as the hotel accommodations. The sports bar is decent as well. For the same price and much better customer service? Stay at a Marriott hotel or the SPG four points next door. Victoria is the wanna be manager I believe handled my issues definitely unsatisfactory performance in my opinion.

Quick, friendly check in, hot cookies given at front desk, and right around corner from a mall with major restaurants and AMC theaters. Comfy bed, clean room, and basic amenities. No extra blankets in room and dripping shower, but nothing major. Plenty of free parking. Hopping restaurant/bar in the lobby. Would stay again.
