Attended event in one of the banquet rooms. Nice environment, food was nicely arranged, but not the greatest quality.

Excellent service and views. Great conference venues.

Never coming back here. Check in took forever, parking garage has no access to the hotel, bathtub wouldn't drain, and there was a live fire show with loud metal music right outside our room two nights in a row. When we called the front desk about issues they were rude and not helpful.

We stayed here for week during the middle of winter and it was a first visit to Spokane. The DoubleTree could not have been a better place for this. There are lots of area hikes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance of the hotel I highly recommend this place

No continental breakfast for a $320 one night stay? Absolutely ridiculous. Coffee maker was flimsy and absolutely no water to use it, except the $2.50 water bottles they charge. Absolutely ridiculous, don t recommend

Looks like a really nice place. I called the hotel with some questions. Went through some different autoprompts then sat on hold for several minutes. No one ever answered the phone. Not what I expected from the Double Tree.

It was ok. Nice lobby. I didn't see much of it though.

The place was nice but there was an emergency at 3 in the morning that required us to leave the hotel and I got soaked by a water main. No compensation was given.

Great location, downtown right next to Riverfront Park. Parking garage but parking is $17 a night. Friendly staff. Of course yummy warm cookies when we checked in. Rooms were nice and spacious not crowded. Great place to stay in downtown Spokane.

Stayed for business so the internet was good speed, the staff is friendly the gym was a perfect size and all else was standard DT.

Spencer's Steak House is always amazing. When my family comes to visit this is where they want to eat. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The parking situation ruined the whole experience for me. You have to park in the garage next door which is managed by a 3rd party. The cashier will tell you to park, check in, and place the parking permit from DoubleTree on your dash, but when you get back, you might already have a parking notice that you must then dispute, not to mention parking is not included - it's an extra $17.
The inside of the hotel is nice but nothing special, and the showers seem quite old.
I'll see if the Courtyard Hotel is any better tomorrow.

Good hotel, wish the continental breakfast was free.

This comfortable hotel is alongside the river and walkway. It is walking distance to numerous eateries, breweries and wineries. The hotel staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The airport shuttle was prompt and the driver helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Ok, if you want to be right downtown it s great, but there isn t much nearby for a quick snack or to walk to for pizza... staying on the other side of the river next time!

Lights flickered and they were doing construction on the room while I was in it

Good service and nice having parking next door. Breakfast was not very good and really slow service.

Went for charity event, cheesecake desserts were warm, coffee actually looked like tea and the service was awful. When walking back to our cars, security would not allow guests to walk through the building but had to walk outside in the pouring rain and seemed to not give a tip. Bad service, bad food, bad experience.

My room was very comfortable, service was great. The young woman driving the shuttle to the airport was very nice.

We went to Spencer's for dinner. All the food was lovely. The desserts were fantastic. I would say amazing all around, just be ready to spend top tier money for a top tier experience.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and comfortable beds! We are in town for Spokarnage and our team rented out 4 rooms. There was a slight hiccup with our rooms not being ready due to the previous occupants not checking out in time, but it worked out alright since we were busy most of the day.

Rooms with skyline view have quite a bit of road noise all night. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Good rooms, except the bathroom door is a little odd since it is hanging in front of the doorway, and has a pin that comes out to hold it closed. Besides that, a great place to stay is at near downtown!

Has "smart' thermostat control, where despite how much you have paid for this room, you will awake in the middle of the night drenched in sweat because the thermostat detected no motion while you were sleeping and has shut off the cooling system. And, to reply to the reply from the owner, it's not about something being "clear" or not. It's about waking up repeatedly to a hot room. The slightest movement, would result in the AC fan snapping on. Hmm, cause and effect...

I was a disappointed with the quality of this doubletree in comparison to the many others have stayed at.

The hotel is VERY dated and could use a spruce up. Our room wasn t cleaned even though we requested and called housekeeping/lobby twice.

The bathrooms were not clean AT ALL. There was hair all over the place and it was definitely grimy. In addition I m surprised the duvet didn t have a duvet cover, instead it was sandwiched between two flat sheets. In the era of covid this is EXTREMELY unhygienic.

The ice machines were filthy- literally have NEVER been cleaned.

You also have to pay for unmonitored garage parking, which is a rip off. It s only redeeming quality is the location.

Great room, nice vie and the staff was awesome. I forgot my air pods at the hotel and Victor (the manager) drove them to the airport for me without even blinking an eye. I can't say enough, I'll stay here every time I visit. It's also a stones throw away from the park and carousel in the downtown area, tons of food and a few places to get a really good beer.

The hotel is nice and clean. I was disappointed to find no microwave in the room and the breakfast is pretty expensive. There is good local dining nearby. The hotel is located right in downtown if you want to walk around.

Nice hotel. Decent workout room. Multiple dining options.

The staff are incredible and came to the rescue when expensive items were left in the room after check-out. The issue would have soured our trip but was quickly resolved. They reached out to my family, confirmed the possessions belonged to us and shipped it to our home out of state. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience.

The rooms were delightful and had a great view. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and the service was delightful. Parking was abundant and convenient. The hotel is well located around restaurants and points of interest.

Located inside the DoubleTree hotel is a restaurant called Spencer's. The atmosphere was warm and classy and the service was good. I only ate
hors d'oeuvres in the bar but they were very good and the drinks were delicious.

It's a decent hotel. They originally tried to put us in a room that was closet sized but after a bit of protesting that changed. Our new room was much better, more average of what you'd expect out of a DoubleTree hotel.

I had the misfortune to have to spend a night sick in this wonderful hotel. The staff were incredibly kind. I asked for extra blankets and a microwave for my room to make some tea for my sore throat. The front desk girl Haley arranged for the hotel to bring me tea, lemons, honey, tea cups, and a container of microwavable soup along with the items I requested. Amazing hospitality.

Great location and my room had a spectacular river view. Had a slight problem with the hit water in my room and was comped 2 breakfasts by the front desk! Amazing service. Would stay again.

Clean room and great service! Came with a mini fridge and a coffee maker, and the more expensive hotels in the area don't! I will definitely be back

Pricey for the name. Rooms are average, no guaranteed microwave. Internet is intentionally slow unless you pay for the premium service. No form of breakfast outside of the very expensive room service.

The hotel is an older location that is going through updates. The heater in my room ran constantly and would kick out cold air when it did get to temp. I shut it off and it would come back on randomly throughout the night banging for about 30 seconds and shut off. After 4 nights, I am happy to be going home. I did get a $15 gift card for the troubles....
