Doubletree by Hilton New Orleans Airport Review

We had a great stay! The room was amazing. The bed was super comfy. Great staff. Perfect stay.

I was there for an event the staff is very nice the event room was very clean. Base Service test with coffee and water throughout the event. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Shuttle leaves every 30 minutes to the airport so it worked out perfect. Room was nice and clean. I will stay here every time I go to NO. Was here on business.

The room was clean and in a convenient location. Buses down to one of the ports pick up here, so it is the best spot for me to stay. Having stayed at another nearby hotel I can say this one is much better. The rooms are cleaner and seem more up to date. Food in walking distance was convenient as well.

The only thing I liked at this hotel was the cookie they gave me. The air conditioner made so much noise that i felt like I slept though the night with the washer running in the background. The shower did not work either.

Room was great. Mints and water were waiting for me in my room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were small and worn. Digital key only worked half the time

Really good place to stay at. The room was nice, the hotel staff were excellent, and the location is prime, only a few dollars Lyft to a walmart.

I stay here every time I come to NOLA now. Nice place. Great variety of stores and restraunt near by. And good room service.
Front desk lady could be nicer. But they are friendly

We had a mess up on the rooms and Keith McIntosh was more than willing and capable to help and correct everything. He made it right and did it with a gracious attitude! Loved the rooms and the staff would definitely recommend the hotel! Also had a Ribeye at the restaurant in the hotel that was awesome! Loved it all!

Breakfast is usually really good, with assortment of fresh fruit, etc.

This is a great location but the hotel needs a major upgrade, the bathroom especially. The shower was awful, no water pressure. The toilet and sink both stopped up and slow to drain.

I love its location in Kenner, the people are very hospitable!

The room and service were awesome. The warm cookie was also really a treat coming in.
A little farther from the city than I would've liked, but it was only a $20 Uber ride, so not too bad.

It's a ok hotel. It's clean but the walls are very thin and almost don't isolate any sounds from within or outside the hotel. Around the AC the sounds of the airplanes go unhindered trough the walls. And it's no problem hearing what the person in the other end of the phone is saying from the conversation next door. And there is no fridge to keep some water or soda cold.

Very good stay close to the Airport and just a few miles from the French Quarter without the high downtown prices

Nice stay... The only thing i had an issue with was my mask i bought somehow got broke in half while i was gone for the day and i came back to the room to find it like that

Beautiful hotel and very good food choices for a conference. The hotel is located in Kenner, which is just outside of New Orleans. If you want to visit the city without fighting traffic, parking, and finding a place to eat this is a good area to be in. You're just south of a local boat dock for Lake Pontchatrain and have very easy access to the Interstate.

Everyone is very nice especially the shuttle driver, Rico. He is the best!

This is a good place and friendly staff at the front desk at least when I went. The place is well located and just under 10 minutes from the MSY airport. I would go here again anytime. I stayed for 1 night and not sure how the experience would be for a few more nights. I recommend this for people who are traveling for business. My rating is positive but if the rooms were bigger, I would rate them 5 star!

Older hotel but they do keep it up well. Customer service is fantastic which was needed as I woke up without hot water my first night. If you have to come and go from/to I-10W, this hotel is not convenient to get to because you have to cut across 3 lanes of traffic immediately off the highway which is not easy considering the volume of traffic.

The devil tree House the national baseball tournament Grace hotel lots of rooms employees were really nice lots of parking for accommodations and local eateries and places to go when you want to leave the hotel

It is very nice hotel, although the last time I was on the internet it was not working very well, but otherwise I highly recommend it

We needed to book a large group of rooms/event with short notice. The sales team worked very fast to get us everything we needed and more. When one person was not available their coworker/teammate was able to step in and help, working with Becky, Robin and Kijuana is GREAT. They can handle everything and make your stay and event top notch at this hotel.

Decent value. The location and shuttle were convenient if you have an early flight. The rooms were dated and definitely need to be renovated, free cookies doesn't change that.

Bed comfy and guest. Sofa in the room was a bit worn and toilet hard to flush. No Breakfast.

The location is great for a night before a flight stay. The hotel is about 3 miles from the airport and there wasn't much traffic on my way over there. The rooms have been updated with wall mounted TV's. The bed was comfortable and space in the room was good. That being said, I had an ADA bathroom. The design was not well planned out. It is a nearly European style with the shower head pointed out toward the bathroom, there is only a small curtain to stop the water. This means the bathroom floods and water runs out into the hallway and the carpet gets soaked. I have had ADA bathrooms before, such is the life of traveling, but none are this poorly designed. See pictures on it.

The rooms were nice, the staff (at least those in the restaurant) were only OK, and the showers offer only a trickle of water.

accidently went into their gated parking lot, but their customer service was A+

From the outside it was a normal doubletree but on the inside it is a very dated hotel. We stayed in the presidential suite which was far from that. A/C wasn't working but was repaired in a timely manner. Bathroom tub was still dirty and also around the outside of the toilet. Not enough washcloths and towels in the room. When I asked for more washcloths and towels I was told I had to wait until the morning. I know we are in a pandemic but it's during the slow times that things should be at the best.

The hotel staff is charming, which in a hotel seems to me to be fundamental, the rooms are comfortable and have an airport shuttle included. The bad, is very far from the city center. If you travel for a short time or for business it is an ideal space.

Hotel is not the newest but nicely maintained. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of places to eat nearby but the nearest store to buy daily necessities and the like is .6 miles away.

Pool is not heated or cleaned, breakfast was the same daily and nothing special or great. Room was okay spacious but few construction issues look wise. Shower curtain was broken not big deal since house cleaning but still thought for a Hilton all would be tip top.
