This was the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced in my life. There was an iron, but no ironing board. Big towels, but no wash cloths. The website gave an option to have a refrigerator and microwave. Well let s just say the different things that they offer online are out dated. They no longer have microwaves in the rooms. There was even an issue with something as simple as toilet paper. You have to actually run out of toilet paper before you can get an additional roll. I will never stay at this particular hotel ever again. Thanks for a horrible experience....

Everything was fine. Check-in went smoothly. Room was clean and stocked with toiletries. No problems. Parking is 10 dollars a night.

This was overall pretty standard for a hotel, but not up to Hilton standards in my book. The room was only okay, and it has showed the test of time without a revamp. The location is not ideal, its kinda difficult to get to, very busy area, and parking requires a key card, so don't try to park until you check in. The staff was very friendly though, which made it nice.

The best hotel ever the front desk lady was friendly

We stayed at the hotel in last week of March 2016. I really liked the location. Front desk people were very inviting and friendly. Rooms were clean and relaxing.
Only thing was that the parking was paid. I think it must be same with any other hotel at the location. we could see the airport from our room. Also, the pool area was very nice.

They are ride... The employee in the restroom to the gentleman asking how my day was and then being ride when I told him renovations should have been disclosed because we couldn't get in the hotel from the front... We were also told we had to pay for parking as a starting first at the hotel I won't ever go back there!!!

40 minute wait and no shuttle. Had to get a Uber to drive me over late at night. Multiple calls and promises of a shuttle arrival. Awful service.

Gotta love that warm cookie when you check in! Also accompanied with warm smiles and great customer service.

I only spent the day there for a conference. This was my third conference at a DoubleTree and first, I find it hard to believe that these are Hilton properties. Maybe Hilton for the poor man. Don't expect to get Wi-Fi unless you are a guest. They do offer good food, if you pay for it. The bathrooms are average, especially for a Hilton. My biggest complaint is they tried to freeze us to death.

Can't complain about the free cookies! The room was fine but it smelled a little strange.
