Worst customer support!
I bought a Samsung Mobile from Nesto and its having heating problem.. Given back to Nesto for repairing within a month. Nesto said Eros group is handling the service and after 10 - 15 days of testing n experiment they gave back my phone, promising the issue is fixed. But the issue was not fixed.. again the phone was given back to them.. and today i was informed by Eros team member Mr.Hyder that the phone is ready to collect and i reached Nesto, waited for 45 minutes and Mr.hyder then informed that phone is not ready to relase from Warehouse.. Why he asked me to come and collect the phone and made me waited almost an hour??? Never experienced such a bad customer experience and that too in Dubai!! Such a shame Eros Group to keep such people in your Group..
I bought the phone almost 2 months back.. Still not sure when I can start using it properly!!!
