Most horrible experience. They delayed my properties handover due to the weak management of my project. Also, the billed me and collected money for items that were not installed yet. Moreover, didn t honor my contract as the item specified are out of stock. Finally, when they installed the AC on all my 4 construction projects, they caused structural damages to my properties.

Eros has very poor after sales service with zero responsibility and support, be careful when purchasing anything from them specially the TCL TV.Eros takes no responsibility on software updates.Disappointing
One of the best distributors in the uae with an office to match. Its always a pleasant experience visiting their office all the way from the ground floor reception to the warm welcome you get when you enter the offices .

Worst customer support!
I bought a Samsung Mobile from Nesto and its having heating problem.. Given back to Nesto for repairing within a month. Nesto said Eros group is handling the service and after 10 - 15 days of testing n experiment they gave back my phone, promising the issue is fixed. But the issue was not fixed.. again the phone was given back to them.. and today i was informed by Eros team member Mr.Hyder that the phone is ready to collect and i reached Nesto, waited for 45 minutes and Mr.hyder then informed that phone is not ready to relase from Warehouse.. Why he asked me to come and collect the phone and made me waited almost an hour??? Never experienced such a bad customer experience and that too in Dubai!! Such a shame Eros Group to keep such people in your Group..
I bought the phone almost 2 months back.. Still not sure when I can start using it properly!!!

I bought hitachi refrigerator and I received it defective and it has been two weeks and they promised me for replacement unit and nothing happened
I buy one laptop from Eros burjuman store when I buy eat and I found a problem with the laptop it's so hot and he dont want to format for me i bring back to them until now no answer i was send a lot of emails and even I call a eros group number no answer I dont want to keep going every single minut to burjuman even the staff they are not answering my questions just ok no problem dont worry I dont understand I Give my money even the laptop I bring back to them to fix it nothing until now so please if you will not bring back my laptop in a good condition return my money back I really regret for choosing Eros
