Very satisfied with the room and the restaurant was very clean and organized.

Ask for a free cookie at the desk. Best I've every had!!!!

Good room, quiet, excellent breakfast choices and very pleasant and helpful breakfast staff, convenient to highways. Room fridge had no controls and froze everything in it. Housekeeping never vacuumed during entire stay and had to call and request replacements for shower mat and washclothes that were taken by housekeeping staff. Very helpful front desk staff.

Great conference experience two years in a row! Food was good. Staff were friendly. Looking forward to next year!

Staff is fantastic. Friendly, energetic.

We had interior room, king suite. Starting at 6am, the noise in the hallway was SO loud outside the door beside the bed, we couldn't sleep. Elevator dings, loud room service, loud guests. Why there was a second hallway door (besides the main room entry) so close to the bed is beyond me.
Also, the scald guard on the bath was set so low, our showers were nearly cold. Certainly not comfortable.

The room was nice, but we had a reservation for 2 adults, 2 kids and an infant. The pullout sofa was not made, we had to request sheets.

Overall, would stay here again but be specific about room placement requests.

Recently renovared. Clean, comfortable room. Check-in was smooth. Cookies still warm and delicious. Attached restaurant and bar had great drinks and food. Staff attentive. Great experience.

Danni ( I hope the spelling is correct) at the front desk is amazing and so helpful! I was trying to get my parents checked in and she truly went above and beyond. She is a true asset to your organization!
The room was perfect for them right on the first floor and close to the restaurant!

Construction going on..very loud and distracting. They turn the water off at 11am..non of this was on their website when the reservations were made. Will not be back!

It was okay I stayed there before they have good cookies but $11 for six cookies is a bit much Arby's have great cookies to and I'll wait for happy hour and go there

Nice event space. I didn't really go into the hotel area but the staff were prompt and courteous.

Decent hotel for conference purposes. It was clean, the food was decent and the training rooms were setup sufficiently.

They booked into the wrong type of room & we had to move 2nd night; we had to ask for everything b/c the suite was so sparse (only 2 glasses in whole suite & they were dirty), kitchen area was joke. One night our power went out; we called 3 times but it never came back on. We checked with an unhelpful desk clerk who said serviceman fixed it and went home (he wouldn't call him back to finish job). Never got power back until next morning (it was circuit breaker only). We had another bad experience in this hotel but gave them 2nd chance - they failed and we won't be back.

The meeting rooms were okay. Food was delicious, though. Fajita buffet! Was here for a work event.

Positives were a very nice staff. Great flat screen TV that is super large compared to most other hotels. Room was very new & modern. Negatives were never any hot water at night after check in, and no hot water the next morning, was unable to shower because there was never any hot water no matter how long you ran the hot tap or shower. Very frustrating to go out in to your day unable to have a fresh hot shower. Also, the area the hotel is located in is a little sketchy. You don't want to be walking around this area at night time. Lots of abandoned or empty bldgs /businesses around hotel.

The staff were very polite and friendly and everything looked clean when I attended a job orientation at this hotel.

The room was huge. The decor was a little outdated but otherwise, the room was well worth the money. The staff were very professional and quite friendly. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Not very clean at all. Manager tried to be accomodating but overall cleanliness is terrible. Big disappoint compared to previous stays at other Doubletree hotels.

Great accommodation! My youngest son was in a Kappa boutillian in April. Ball room was nice and spacious. Hospitality and food was great! Staff were courteous and made sure our needs were met if needed.

Fun and clean but it's expensive but we'll worth it... Plus there's a swimming pool!!!!!

If you are trying to get a good nights sleep, I would not choose this hotel. The hotel staff was friendly, but noise both from inside the hotel and from the highway was very loud.

Dirty shower with mildew, dirty coffee maker in room, ugly pea green exterior. Friendly staff, but still will not return, but will stay at a Hilton property downtown

Francesca was there for our breakfast and dinner. The manager gave us his best and we appreciated it. My room had a balcony which was a nice size. I enjoyed everything about this place....but the rooms are kinda hard to find

Hotel was OK. Room was not as good as I thought it would be. But overall it was OK.
