We stayed here a few weeks ago to attend a Clemson football game, and it was the perfect place to stay! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet. Our room was large and had everything we needed. We loved the character of the house and enjoyed spending time on the large porch. The breakfast in house was delicious each morning. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in town!
Rooms are great and well equipped with things you need - like sound machines for light sleepers and your own tv and coffee supplies for a relaxing morning. This is a very old, carefully restored home and the owner, Susan, is such a wonderful person and very attentive to your needs. Pendleton is a sweet little town with lots to offer for such a small place. I plan on getting away there again soon to see more shows at the Clemson Little Theater!
Stay there after our wedding and it was wonderful. They were so kind and made our special day even more special! From champagne in the room to a romantic breakfast we couldn't have asked for more. We both can't wait to stay here again!

My first time at any b&b was completely wonderful! I felt like a princess! I especially enjoyed the privacy of my comfy room, as well as the common areas to dine and socialize. We walked to the town square for shopping and a local theatre, both very nice. The food was delicious at Liberty Hall and the bakery on the square got my business two days in a row, good thing I walked there! Thank you Susan for being a wonderful host!
I have been there twice, both times staying for nearly a week. The rooms are delightful with comfortable beds. Restaurant service was impeccable, the food exquisite, and the hospitality a wonderful example of what those of us from the Western states think of when we hear the words "southern charm." Every detail was attended to, almost intuitively. My only complaint was having to leave.
Very nice place with huge rooms and a warm, homey vibe. Perfect walking distance to downtown food, shopping, and bakery s. The backyard is excellent for a frisbee toss or just enjoying some sun. No ghosts seen but doors shut on their own in some rooms.
Wonderful atmosphere! Would certainly like to stay here again.
