I had a nice experience, nice customer service and the place was nice.

loved the spa facility. restaurants were excellent, except the pool bar. service at restaurants was excellent. others were inconsistent.

Foursome hit the golf course playing Red Tiger. Amazing course, and we'll kept. Fast greens, and very tough water to play around. Make sure u get a sandwich from the cart girl: best sandwich I've ever had.

Nice place, a little on the expensive side once you are there but the whole place oozes class!!

This is an excellent hotel. Spent Valentines day there and really enjoyed the restaurants: Champion & the poolside restaurant. We stayed in the Sam Snead Villa, rooms are large, really clean and OMG the robes!! Side note: that scent they pump through the hotel lobby is delightful! During Valentines day it was extremely pricy...but I hope to return!

Beautiful hotel, I had a few hiccups however Toma Rusk was very professional and was able to make things better. The grounds are beautiful. They do nickle and dime you for everything so that would be my only warning. However, gorgeous place.

A beautiful hotel. While I may not agree with the President, he knows how to create a great resort!! The food was outstanding. The staff was excellent. Room was lovely and comfortable beds. It was close to restaurants and a pharmacy chain store for snacks.

Our overall experience at the Trump Doral was beautiful and amazing! Thank you for the wonderful drivers, manager Frank Witte who was welcoming and very helpful, he took us to and from the Dolphin Mall and even back to the airport and Errol Bell, who was down to earth and punctual, he took us to the sunny isles beach resort, which was magnificently breathtaking. Emily, at the front desk of the hotel was very kind and polite. At the Trump, We ate at Champions and was served by a very nice Trinidadian female! There is a little convenient market place store where I was able to grab a bite along with a tea, everyday service was wonderfully granted by Maelys! The must see pool with a slide was what attracted me and my husband to stay at the Trump National. The waiters, Jonathan, and waiters, Alisha and Sabrina, by the pool side was helpful and great. They provided us with towels and helped open our umbrellas. My overall experience was fun and relaxing and I highly recommend anyone to say at the Trump National Doral. We will be definitely sending our parents and siblings to stay at Trump National Doral hotel.

Nice room well-appointed everything extremely expensive

The hotel is spotlessly clean and in great shape! The grounds and pool are beautiful. Wonderful friendly staff that provides great service. The bedding was amazing except for one issue. The are using a mattress protector that projects your body heat back to you...I spent the night looking for a cool spot in the bed.

Wonderful service. Every staff member that I came in contact with greeted me. Rooms are nice and bed is amazing! Wish I could find out what mattress they use! Our only concern was that the AC seemed to shut down between 3 and 5am. Discussed the concern with another couple staying at the resort and they experienced the same thing. Pool was beautiful and Johnathan provided great bar/restaurant service in the pool area on a VERY hot day. He even offered to continually move our umbrella as the sun changed positions. I highly recommend this resort!

This is merely a grand looking location which turns out to be more of an inconvenience:

Bellman and carts consistently use additional time to pick you up (while Uber is waiting...)

If you have your own vehicle it s $25 to park on side grounds (you still have to walk or hitch a ride to your building.

Enterprise Rental office on-site, but vehicles are off-site (more use of time waiting)

Looks good, but you will spend most of your vacation time WAITING. Who wants that on vaca???

Amazing place full of amenities, with an outstanding service and customer care team. The prices are affordable, despite the fancy facilities.

I really want to rate this resort 5 stars....the buildings are beautiful, the rooms luxurious, and the golf courses are fun and in great shape BUT....the customer service is abysmal. With one exception, the Champions restaurant on the lower level, our service on our 5 day golf trip was horrible.
A few of many examples:
My son shipped his clubs fedex and they were signed for at Doral at 11AM. We arrived around 7PM and no one know where his clubs were. Called Guest Services (these people are a joke) and they said they must be on the loading dock and those people had gone home so he should call back in the morning. He said NO, for $1500 a night THEY needed to go the loading dock RIGHT NOW and find them. From the time they hung up until the clubs were at the room was 15 minutes....just too damned lazy to do anything.
-we had two adjoining rooms and when they were made up they would leave two bottles of water on the nightstand..nice convenience. They forgot in my sons room so he called Guest "Disservices". They said they didn't do that, maybe housekeeping and he should check with them, or they could send someone with Fiji water (billed)...he had to again do the for what I'm paying I'm not calling around and YOU had better get the water here. Seems like once you jumped on their ass and let them know you werent going to 'shined on', they'd finally act.
-BLT Prime...very expensive restaurant but good food. Went up to have a few drinks, sat down essentially opposite the checkin desk. Twice had to verbally 'grab' a server and ask to be waited on ...."they''d send someone over". After seeing the last "grabee" chatting at the end of the bar and furiously avoiding eye contact, finally got the manager and ordered.
PRO SHOP: going to checkin and get a battery for my range finder. one person ahead of me but six waiitng behind me with two people working. One goes on an all consuming quest to locate a particular shaft for a kid who may have been the son of a member...so he's out of action as he apparently doesn't know where to look. The other is transfixed, staring the computer screen like a chimp viewing a hypnotic pattern...no movement, nada. Waited 5 minutes to see if perhaps this would change...no. Left, checked in w starter.
The list goes on but you get the idea. Apparently all the money goes into the facility and none toward staff training or monitoring. As much as we loved the golf and accomodations, we won't be returning next year.

Great place for a convention. Grounds were well kept, rooms were huge, and food was excellent. Only downside is too far from beaches and downtown Miami for shopping. I'm not a golfer but others told me the course was great. Two pools and poolside bar service.

I highly recommend the Brooklyn Pizza and Korean Chilli wings. I would like to request the golf carts to be cleaned for your customers .

Absolutely exquisite! David Feder and his team have done and continue to do amazing work at turning this property into an absolute gem hidden in Miami's Doral area. I stayed at this property on several occasions last year when there was a considerable amount of construction going on as the property was evolving to reflect its desired 5-star rating. I am pleased to announce that Mr. Feder and his team have been extremely successful at achieving their desired 5-star goal. This weekend I stayed at the Trump Doral to celebrate my birthday and I was truly impressed with my suite, the amenities, and the amazing 5-star service. Much of the construction has winded down, the new pool is open (and it's absolutely fantastic), and the overall vibe of the property is full of absolute splendor. Kudos to Mr. Feder and his indispensable executive assistant Sonia E. who did amazing work to make sure I had an amazing and memorable birthday experience. If you are considering a resort hotel in the Miami area, the Trump Doral will not fail to meet your expectations. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Stars***** p.s. The chocolate covered strawberries are absolutely delightful and scrumptious!

Highly recommend the visit and stay. The staff was exceptional! Unfortunately, one of the courses we played just had the greens punched and sanded. If they couldn't have moved us to another course, they should have given some other option. Still, it was a good time with friends.

Top notch location. Very clean, & the service very polite. The courses are ridiculously well kept. Wish I could afford it more often.

Power went out in the evening and the heater wasn't working. My work call was disconnected halfway through. They never fixed it until sometime when we were sleeping. Other than that, they only included three devices for the complementary wifi. None of the services were free, and the room was smaller than other hotels of cheaper price. I don't recommend staying here unless you're forced to do so.

Top notch! I can't speak for the golf course, didn't have the opportunity.

Bellmen were first class on top of everything. Front lobby associates were mannered respectful and communicated extremely well. Restaurant bar tender Matt was top class. Extremely impressed by the all around excellent service.

I was charged $ 18 parking lot and Resort Fee $ 20 plus the daily rate purchased by Priceline. And the parking lot for that price is far and you have to walk. So they force you to hire the Vallet even more expensive.

Course is phenomenal. Never played anything of that quality before. Staff is on top of it. It os expensive, but i wanted to treat myself on vacation.

Amazing golf venue! Course, staff, food everything I saw or touched was top notch. Not cheap but worth every penny. Must see and or play if you're in the area. Silver fox is tight and the Monster will test your skills on every hole. Decent rates on Golf.now

It was a nice hotel...rooms are big even the standard rooms...all rooms I think have a balcony. Extra charges Resort fees 20 bucks daily, parking $25 a day. Restaurants very expensive $$$. 85 degrees outside and 85 degrees in the pool but the pools are nice they just wish the water was a little bit more refreshing free sunscreen and aloe offered. All staff members were extremely nice and helpful. 26 minute drive to Miami or anything in Miami that you're probably going to want to do.

It was a very nice Hotel, other then a couple Inconveniences that occurred in the check in process. Very nice pool but they should focas in cleaning the pool more and cabanas. Employees were very nice.

Food was great. Service was friendly and quickly provided what we requested. We sat near the family pool while a dj played music. It was a wonderful lunch experience after our spa services.

Stayed there between dec 29 an Jan 6. 5 out of 8 days the main pool's heaters were not working.On top off that they had a "towel shortage" and the pool attendant treated me as if she was granting me an honor, giving me the 1 towel I was allowed. Then there were the terrible house keeping and other staff - topped only by the incompetent managers. Too bad. The place used to be really great (had stayed there 4 years before and had had a wonderful experience). And the location is spectacular too.. too bad the resort is falling apart.

The best hotel in Miami, by far. The staff is unsurpassed for attitude, helpfulness, demeanor, smiles, they know your name. Rooms are impeccably clean, we'll appointed, and beds are the best anywhere. Don't stay anywhere else.

This is a beautiful, stunning resort with main buildings, ballroom and Villas. Everything is very clean and pristine. Most of the staff were very professional, but generally unfriendly. This was surprising and very sad for me. The amenities were accessible and beautiful very well kept. One service driver by the name of Francois was extraordinary and kind. He answered all of our questions and enlightened us on some background of our experience in Miami. overall it was a positive experience, my friends and I experience many technical difficulties with the parking Gates and he passes. The hotel charged us for self parking though it was impossible for us to get in or out independently. I'm still waiting to hear from the valley manager to take those charges off of my credit card.

Nice resort and attentive staff. Rooms were comfortable but you have to leave main building to get to lodge buildings. Not recommended for guests that need wheelchair assistance or trouble walking. Conference rates for meeting rooms on the high side. Internet rates for meeting rooms ridiculous at $150 per day for 1st connection and additional $$$ for every extra connection. Can you say "Nickel & Dime" policy with me?! Ask detailed questions and prices on ALL details before signing.

I had the pleasure of hosting a training conference at the Trump National Doral. The conference room space, food served and attentiveness of all of the Trump team was second to none. I would highly recommend using their banquet and conference room services.

Gold is in apparently. Nice room, little broken things in room keep it from being 5 star. Lots of pillows...

Very nice place ,especially for golfers , some suggestions : A kuerig coffee maker in the room , (Expresso machine only) mouthwash in bathrooms,
key card access only to get into buildings, pool area in very nice and comfortable, overall a very comfortable place to stay and relax.

Met here for medical convention and it was fabulous. I think the scrutiny that it's namesake gets gives them the motivation to be a six star hotel.
