Great place to get a bite to eat and watch a game (It's the Eau Claire U.S Soccer hub). Food is cheap but actually pretty good for bar food. The best part about Dooley's is the atmosphere. I recommend getting the pub fries.

I lost one of my oldest friends this week. I was able to come to Eau Claire and see a mutual friend, and she recommended we have a mini Irish wake for him at Dooley's. I cannot express my gratitude for the kindness and consideration with which the staff treated us. They quietly gave us our food and beers, and they gave us space to reminisce and cry. The next time I'm in Eau Claire I plan to return under happier circumstances and have another beer.

Food consistency has been a bit of a problem, especially on wing Wednesday in particular. Waitresses also seem to be rather unorganized at times. Overall not a bad place to eat on Water street, and the bartenders are always good.

Best Irish coffee around, done right! made with Tullamore Dew and only $4 with hand whipped half and half or something like that and brown sugar, just so good! Music station or playlist is great too. Food pretty good but I give five starts for atmosphere and drinks and prices, I mostly go in daytime however.

Food was great and the service was very good. The fries were amazing. One issue, I received a bad bloody marry. They remade it without question. The next next bloody that came out was average, but drinkable. Overall it is was a good experience.

I had not been to this place in years, and decided to go when I was back in town. The beer selection was really great, along with the food. I subbed out fries for cheese curds, which was an amazing choice. I had fond childhood memories of this place being the Camaraderie, and it was neat to see some of that old stuff hanging up. The waitress was also great.

Stroll on in lads and lasses, and find yourself a seat at the best pub this side of fair mother Ireland. Bask in the glow of the video tag style lighting and enjoy the delectable smells coming from the kitchen. The bar lasses are always pleasing and the lads behind the counter serve the meanest pint in Eau Claire. Fair prices, FANTASTIC service and a relaxed atmosphere will have you coming back time and time again.

My ancestry hails from Scotland, which is sometimes confused for Ireland. This is an Irish themed bar. There's the connection. Good food and drinks. I also won a raffle here for a jersey. That was neat.

I like the food here a lot and I generally enjoy the atmosphere. However, I have had several problems with the waitresses when I have come here. I don't come here in general anymore anymore, because the last time I came here it wasn't even that busy and nobody even acknowledged me and the group I was with until over 20 minutes. When they did finally come over, they completely skipped over my girlfriend, and when she tried to say what she wanted the waitress walked away. Later on, she was started taking shots right next to us, and was cussing to herself. When she finally brought us our drinks, my girlfriend tried to say what she wanted again, and the lady sarcastically said, "Ohhhh, I'm soooo sorry I forgot you". At this point we just all threw some cash on the table to pay for our drinks and left. Without a doubt, the rudest experience I have ever had when dealing with restaurant staff.

The menu items sounded good. Unfortunately, the day we visited for lunch the place was very busy. The service was slow and the food arrived cold and dry. We'll stop in again since any place can have a bad day. Hopefully that was the case because the place looks like it could be pub.

Great food, drinks, and even better service. Mike Dooley was excellent to his employees during the uncertainty many faced as local college students during the peak of the pandemic. The restaurant has done its best to stay open for distant dining and takeout for those of us that can't go without Dooley's mac and cheese bites for too long.

Only 10 taps (enough for standards guiness, spotted cow, dales pale, and surly furious ) but a huge selection of bottled beers. When I ordered a second beer (not on tap) the good man made sure to get me a new glass to pour it in. Well done.

Friendly staff. Warming atmosphere with Celtic influences and nostalgia in the art and architecture. Solid pub food, great Reuben and wings. They show Premier Leauge matches and other soccer events, a welcome place to have a pint and watch a game, whatever the sport may me.

Decent place, I like the decor and Irish food keeping the theme, prices are good...my daughter seemed to like her veggie burger, I cant say the shepherds pie was anything to brag about. Not "bad" perse...just kind of bland

Good cheese curds. The place is bigger than it looks with a larger upstairs than you would think. Good food, if not a little inconsistent. You won't go or if your way for the food, but a good beer selection and a nice vibe.

Always enjoy my drinks and food! Service is always great. Stopped in for some shots, a beer and just a hot dog but ended up wanting fries and pepperjack curds since they are the only place I've seen them. Bartender was great.

Maybe bad experience..we had meeting in back room. Lighting is not best for a meeting..too dim. Food was average for the rueben sandwich and fries I got. Have had bigger and tastier rueben elsewhere. Food temp could have been warmer.

We went for a Friday Night Fish Fry. Server was very confused and probably new. There was three people behind the bar that appeared as of they might have been employees? Whatever the case, we ordered a pitcher of beer that cost 12.00 and was served with two wet and warm glasses...When we ordered our dinner we had to inform the server that it came with a potato choice and salad, she later came back and said we could only have fries, fine... Salad came, no silverware... Server came back with a holder filled with napkins, condiments, silverware etc... And said "I hope that is all you need" Food came out before we could eat our salads. Lukewarm fish fried in old oil... Blah food. Horrible service by a girl who appeared near tears... Seems like a good place to go if you like to watch sports and pay too much for drinks... Noty to mention it was freezing cold in January as if warm beer should be enough? Do not go here if you want to get what you pay for... You are better off with a filet-o-fish and 40 of Coors light. We will not be back,

Very much fits the description of an Irish Pub! Good traditional bar food along with a mix of college and the local crowd. Would recommend stopping in to watch sports since there are many TVs and it has a great atmosphere for it!
