Terrible customer service, extremely slow and never checked back on our table. 3 out of 4 meals were wrong. Also, they tried to tell us that taco meat (beef) is pink when cooked. If it feels raw and looks raw - it's raw. Finally, the manager tried to correct the situation and told us he'd comp the meal. Comp meant requiring us to pay for 50%. We won't be back.

The atmosphere is what makes this place better than most of Water Street, along with number of TV's. This is the soccer headquarters for Eau Claire, so if there is a big match and you are not a soccer fan to aware. Otherwise, the service is pretty good with a reasonable price and decent food. Not completely a college pub but draws college students because of the location.

Hello, we ordered from Dooleys in eau claire and besides the fact the whole order was cold, we were missing a few items. The burgers we ordered (two shamrocks) were literally just a patty and bun. No lettuce, tomato, onion fixing. Also the added on bacon and egg were missing. My fiance did not receive his pub fries. Oh and there was hair in our food to top it all off. Over all we are very disappointed with this meal.

Went here to have lunch on St. Patrick's Day. Thought an Irish Pub would be fun for St. Patty's. Nope. Nothing special about the place. Not even the food. French fries were soggy. Asked for new ones. Those were still soggy and cold. Waitress never asked how the food was or came by to see if we needed refills or anything else. We probably will not return again.

Always tasty and the drinks are always good. I do wish they would get a better handle on the service, the wait staff are always friendly but they could be more timely. I often have to wait a while to have someone check on drink refills, and the bill can take some time too. Again, the service is always nice, just a little slow, regardless if it is busy or not.

The food here is great the biffo specifically! I keep bringing my family back despite the super slow service and general inattentiveness of the staff. Tonight's coup de grace was that we ordered half and half cheese curds (regular for the kids and spicy for us) and got 1 spicy curd and the rest regular. These came at the same time as our food which totally defeats the purpose of an appetizer. The entrees are wonderful, and if the speed and service were even ok I would come here a lot more often.

Great food and price. I live all the sports but my only problem is that They wouldn't put the audio on for the games. They just blasted the bar music and that's not fun for anyone trying to watch sports at a sports bar

I honestly used to love Dooleys. I lived in Ireland for a semester, and dooly's definitely helped me feel a bit more "at home". That being said, they have lost a lot of that touch, and especially the "Irish" food is quite underwhelming. It's a good bar, but it's hardly an Irish pub. I think it being so closed to the university has changed their focus or priority away from being a pub. I honestly think it's due time for the owner to go to Ireland for a a while and get back in touch. Still made the most of it with my Irish loving wife, but not entirely sure if we'll be back.

Great customer service!!!! Favorite bartenders are Caitlyn & Becca, they rock!!! Always a good time at Dooley's. The Celtic knot is a huge soft pretzel that will complete your life, 10/10 recommend!

Dooleys is THE place to go to watch sports, have a great bite to eat, or hang out with friend and family. Staff is phenomenal and the owner Mike is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I recommend Dooleys to anyone who asks for a quaint, quick, and friendly place to tie on a few drinks. Two BIG thumbs up here!!

This is defenitely a college bar. I had some fried cheese curds over there, and they totally rocked my world. The beer is not half bad either. Only reason it's 4 stars is because the service was a little slow.

I usually like this place. The food is good and the atmosphere is different than most bars (mainly why I gave it two stars instead of one.) However, the last time I went there was 9 people in the entire place and 3 people staffed. They all watched us walk in, take a table, and no one greeted us or acknowledged that we were even there. The waiter finished helping the table next to us and slowly turned from us and shuffled to the kitchen. None of the bartenders said anything or assured us we would soon be served. I don't know what taking a table means at most establishments, but at Dooley's it must mean we desire to be ignored. We ended up leaving after 5 minutes and went somewhere else to eat. I won't be returning and if someone suggests we go there I'll direct them to another bar/restaurant.

Worst bloody Mary ever! Manager handled some of it, except mine. Everyone else in the group received a new drink. Since mine was a Virgin bloody I paid the same price as one with alcohol and nothing in exchange. Ordered food and appetizer. Food came before the appetizer.

The food is pretty good and the portions generous. The best part is the atmosphere--laid back and positive. This is not the place to go if you want in and out quickly. But if you want a relaxing meal surrounded by people who are happy to be there, you can't find better.

Julia was a great server. Drinks on time, visited my table several times and nice personality. We ordered their famous cheese curds and a kids meal. Prices are right where I like them. Food was more than enough. Curds are huge and delicious. Thank you Dooleys

We went for a Friday Night Fish Fry. Server was very confused and probably new. There was three people behind the bar that appeared as of they might have been employees? Whatever the case, we ordered a pitcher of beer that cost 12.00 and was served with two wet and warm glasses...When we ordered our dinner we had to inform the server that it came with a potato choice and salad, she later came back and said we could only have fries, fine... Salad came, no silverware... Server came back with a holder filled with napkins, condiments, silverware etc... And said "I hope that is all you need" Food came out before we could eat our salads. Lukewarm fish fried in old oil... Blah food. Horrible service by a girl who appeared near tears... Seems like a good place to go if you like to watch sports and pay too much for drinks... Noty to mention it was freezing cold in January as if warm beer should be enough? Do not go here if you want to get what you pay for... You are better off with a filet-o-fish and 40 of Coors light. We will not be back,
