Infants and Children, P.A. Review

We recently moved to Palm Beach and needed a Pediatrician for our 3 children and being new to Florida didn't have the first clue who was the best in town, but we found their website and made a well appointment and feel in love with the nurses and doctors! Each of my children have their own doctors - Dr. Roberts, Dr. Romear, and Dr. Chibar for my oldest daughter! Each are wonderful and very thorough. I highly recommend their office and cannot say enough great things. Two thumbs up!!

I'm not giving this place one star because there are other Doctors that are great. Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with one of them.

Dr. Roberts treated me like the worse mother in the planet after I went for a follow up after an accident with my baby.

He called child services on me, yes him. Not the hospital like most in most cases. But him. He treated me horribly, didn't even asked what happened, I just assumed the worse and falsely accused me of horrible events.

To top it off I was breastfeeding my baby in the office and he yelled at me to put that away. Most doctors specially pediatricians would actually encourage this. But no, not this one.

I would not recomend him at all. It was bad enough that I was worried about my abyss well being and instead of helping he did the exact opposite.

Although there are good physicians here, the receptionists on multiple occasions have very bad attitudes that makes it very hard for new parents wanting to do business there. I have talked to about 3 different receptionists where they have failed to send paperwork correctly, were very demeaning and did not care for my child's needs, and/or hung up on me after calling them back. I strongly believe that customer service is the driving force of any business, and Infants & Chidrens' receptionists fail to uphold that value. In the near future, I will be looking for quality care without the nasty attitudes of the front desk where my child can also be seen by quality doctors. It is a pity and loss for the amazing doctors who work there that have a terrible bottom line scheduling their appointments and sending out their faxes.

After I wrote this review, I started sending my son to Pediatric Associates in Palm Beach Gardens instead, and just doing sick visits here because it was cheaper. Everything seemed to change with their front desk staff and I never had any more problems. They must have fired the bad ones or told them to tighten up. Thank you!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hanlon since she was born. We recently moved to Palm City and tried a local pediatrician. I will am now contacting Infants and Children to tell them we want them to continue to be our pediatrician and we will just have to make the trek to the Jupiter office. Dr. Hanlon is GREAT!! The only downside is they could put some toys in each exam room so my daughter has something to do while we wait on the doctor.

We chose Infants and children because of their overall individual and personal pediatric approach. It's a warm and welcoming office and always clean and professional. Nothing like what you find in popular pediatric offices which feel and run like "mills".

There are a couple very good doctors here but all their facilities are very old and unkept. The receptionist at the west palm Office is extremely rude. Expect long waits.

My daughter has seen this group since birth and now my son is a patient too. Very easy to get an appointment especially if you are having an issue. The staff is friendly and they have extended hours which is great!

Had a very poor experience here. Preferred to have a Doctor see my son, and they sent in a nurse practitioner, that didnot prescribe the right medication, prescribed something my boy didnot need, did not listen to his breathing, and didnot tell us to go see an eye specialist. Four days later, with little healing, the Doctor got us on the right path. I demanded our money back from the first visit, as my boy suffered, and the service was useless.
-- I did tell your staffers on two different occasions, and they & apparently YOU obviously allow for bad service- arrogance & greed. The boy suffered much more than he needed to. REREAD THE FACTS ABOVE! YOU were the Dr that corrected the PA's errors and oversights! An apology and reimbursement was requested over 10 days ago. YOU had plenty of time to reach out and make it Right, and I would not be here telling the world of the poor service and now brutal Arrogance.. ALL we got was a kicked out of your practice letter. Good riddance -we were not coming back anyway.

By far the best pediatric office. LOVE the STAFF and the DOCTORS. All the kids in my family go here. Dr. Hanlon and Dr. Romear are amazing. The other doctors are great as well it just happens that I see these 2 the most. I Highly Recommend this office!

I would recommend Dr. Pacetti to any new parent. He has been extremely patient with myself and my daughter through a particularly difficult infant stage. He supports our choice for delayed immunizations and always answers my questions (regardless of how many I have). I absolutely love this practice!

Best Doctor ever I will recommend Dr Rodriguez to any parent.

Best in town. The Drs and staff are friendly and so helpful. Always professional and respectful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We waited 45 minutes for our appointment and never saw a Dr. The place appears unkempt. I suggest using Infants & Children only as a last resort. If you have the time or insurance, I suggest looking at other local pediatric practices.

We love this office and love Dr. Romear. They have a portal that allows you to ask the doctor a question without bringing them in every time (we avoid the sick waiting room if possible) I highly recommend this office

This place is amazing, the staff is caring and compassionate. I have been going to this facility since my oldest son was born. He is 9 now, they love it because they always get treated like family. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE I know. Our 2 favorite Dr.'s are Dr. Chibar, and Dr. Romear.
